Seamless experience purchasing a piano

I purchased a Yamaha Acoustic Online and Clover kept me informed through the entire process until pickup, the guitar was set up for me beforehand, picked it up and looked through the awesome shop. Would definately purchase from Logans again.

Dante helped me pick the most perfect guitar for me. He helped me hear the different sounds of each guitar and see the most suitable size. Totally recommend to go there for your music experience!

Chris was extremely helpful in the final decision.

Purchased a Fender Strat and amp almost a year ago. The team was super helpful and and professional during the sale and the price was fantastic. Had an issue with the AMP almost a year later and again Chris and the team could not do enough to help and get me sorted. Whatever I need in the future I will shop at Logans. Top marks Team....

I did a click and collect transaction in the evening, was emailed to say it was ready for collection early the next day. I arrived, was greeted by two pleasant staff and I had my amp carried to my car all within 3 minutes! Amazing service and always quality products.

Great customer service. Date was friendly and attentive, and I already had a particular Yamaha model in mind. He took the time to explain the differences between that model and the other keyboards available, which helped me confirm my choice. What I particularly appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy a more expensive model. I explained that this was really a test for me to see whether I would actually learn and enjoy playing the piano, and they respected that. A very pleasant and helpful buying experience. Dante also helped me to carry the bought items to my car park at the front. I really appreciate it. He even told me that he will part the guitar at home, just bring it over.

AND they personally followed up to confirm I was happy with my order.
