Purchase and delivery of a pallet of loft boards could not be faulted. Damage to the boards was minimal with none of 45 boards damaged and unusable. The support and beam kits were purchased through a third party and turned out to be exactly what I needed with no excess or shortfalls in the components. I had to cut a few beams and drill a few extra holes in the beams due to the loft hatch position and irregular joist spacing (2016 Redrow property). Otherwise the deck is exactly as envisaged and was easy to install. It took a while longer than I thought and required a lot more detailed planning than I had originally expected but it looks really tidy and is very stable. Fitting a Werner aluminium loft ladder to the deck was a breeze. I would definitely recommend using this system

Was only a 3m2 starter kit, plan to install more. As it’s a new house I was really nervous that I’d mess up or cause cracks in the ceiling below. Really pleased with how it’s turned out and already removed clutter in the house due to our new storage space

Throughout my dealings with Loft Zone the staff have been outstanding. I required additional supports, the order was fulfilled precisely and immediately. The gentleman who fitted the Loft Zone flooring, had not used it before. He commented that it was far superior to anything else that he had fitted and easier to use. The floor was fitted swiftly and looks great. Thankyou to everyone at Loft Zone 10 /10. Your product represents excellent quality and value. I have no hesitation recommending your product and company!

Very good system and it worked well in my roof. The only thing to consider which is not a negative is the packs are designed so you have two y supports and one central leg support which were great when working away from hatch and creating straight lines but before you get to there you have to work out how to work around your hatch opening. What I found was I needed more middle support legs and had to order extras and I had to cut the length of the metal rails again not a big deal but it’s worth remembering that you need to get this bit correct first which is why I eventually ran out of middle legs and had to order more. Perhaps the packs could be designed to add in some extra supports noting you will need additional supports around the hatch area and that saves time finding out later you do not have enough and the delay of waiting for additional order to be delivered.

A great way of providing raised loft storage to protect the insulation from compaction. Numerous size variations on offer which I found easy to install and as advertised, very robust. Would thoroughly recommend.

brilliant product, the on line instructions are very clear,(via a QR code), the printed instructions for the sensor could be a bit clearer but when set up the product works very well and gives a remarkable amount of light for such a relatively small unit

Great bit of kit, easy to assemble and sturdy when put together. Ordered kit plus boards and they came on a single pallet with everything I needed (including decent quality screws). Overall really satisfied.

Loftzone started brilliantly...... Survey chap was very pleasant. Installation booked. It then went drastically downhill. Installation cancelled on the actual day the installation was due to be completed after the asbestos survey guy rang after he realised he'd 'forgotten' to complete his pre-installation checks. We then endured 4 or 5 aborted attempts for the illusive asbestos guy to actually appear. Nothing happened for a couple of months until we chased this up. Eventually we got a new installation date. The guys were pleasant and tidy and completed the job swiftly. The only negative was they used very short screws to re-affix our loft ladder which were not safe.

Very pleased with the website and explanation of the various flooring options. Kept informed of shipping schedule all through the process and I found the flooring selected (Supreme Moisture Resistant Loft Boards) to be high quality. SO pleased, in fact, that I am going to order some more.

Quick delivery and does exactly what it says. Easy and quick to install and easily strong enough.

Great customer service and speedy delivery and good quality products

I recently purchased the loft shelves from LoftZone, expecting the product to match the picture representation on their website. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The boards provided are not sufficient to cover the 700 mm shelf-beams, and additional boards are required to cover the brackets. This crucial detail is not mentioned in the product description.

Despite noting that only 4 boards are included, the advertisement is misleading as it gives the impression that these boards will cover the entire shelf as shown in the pictures. This oversight led to an incomplete shelving system upon arrival. Additionally, I noticed that the package was incomplete, as they only sent half the number of brackets that were supposed to be included.

I contacted customer service to request either a collection and refund of the boards at no charge or the provision of the extra boards needed to cover the gaps. While I was initially disappointed, I must commend the customer service team for their prompt and professional handling of the matter. They resolved the issue by sending the missing parts.

However, by the time the correct parts arrived, my contractor had already completed his work. Since I was responsible for supplying the materials, I am now left with the remaining shelves in my storage and no tools to install them. Unfortunately, the contractor has no reason to return for installation, leaving me with an inconvenience that LoftZone cannot resolve.

Overall, while I appreciate the effort by customer service to rectify the situation, I am still disappointed by the misleading advertisement, the incomplete delivery, and the subsequent inconvenience caused. I hope LoftZone takes steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

It was a pleasure to order and install Loft Zone products in my new home. Easy to order, easy to fit, easy to get help if needed.

Excellent well thought out products and a good selection of kits. A little more expensive than bog standard loft legs and chipboard but the end result is superior. Very good Q&A web page which addressed all my concerns about suitability, flooring options, and weight distribution. Prompt no-fuss delivery. Package included handy how-to booklet.

Fantastic delivery, everything works, such a good system all in all! Would definitely recommend to others and best of all for the investment I probably have added that money back onto the house.

I'm happy with the kit I bought. The system itself is simple to do if you're only doing one section but I wanted to floor more than one section without having gaps, and having a newer build made things a little awkward going around joists, so it took longer to do than expected. I also had to order more legs because of how the joists were placed central to the attic, but I'm very happy with the finished result and I feel a lot safer going up into my attic now.

My order was well wrapped and the driver was very friendly. I am part way through installing everything and everything is very easy to use and very sturdy once installed. I would recommend ordering more screws than you think you need when installing the excellent loftzone floor boards as well. I made a bulk order as I didn't know how far towards the eaves I would be able to screw everything down, so I need only a bit extra as my order took me much further into the installation than anticipated. I would be very happy to recommend any time. Much better than other systems I've seen where it's just the studs and no cross bars.
Unlike other people, I didn't feel I needed a mallet but you do need an electric screwdriver; otherwise you'll not be a happy bunny! Also, I found it really helpful to, once the first row is measured up and laid out, cut a piece of wood to exactly distance for the other rows/studs. It sped up my work no end and never had to measure again.

It's a great system, easy to install and best of all, it's modular, so with a big space like we have it can be done in sections.
