Great system shocking customer service/delivery. unfortunately the great system is where it ends, my delivery didn’t turn up on the day it was due, I rang the delivery company who had it in there warehouse but didn’t have it down for delivery at all. I had to order more as I was short and only half of the second delivery has turned up, apparently the rest is coming today, although on the ups trackers it says it still in the delivery hub so that’s not happening. I rang loft zone to explain the time I’ve missed off work etc only to be met with no apology, and to be given another delivery date that’s a lie. Absolutely shocking service won’t be using or recommending again.

After checking available products it was clear that the Loftzone solution was the way to go to install loft storage area without compromising insulation efficiency.
After measuring the available loft area it was quite easy to draw a plan and work out what I required to complete my job. Kit is really good as it includes everything you need to install the raised system, this also includes all screws required. I ordered directly from Loftzone and I received my order within 5 working days. This was quite impressive as I placed my order on 2/1/25 and delivery address is located in N. Ireland. Installation was straightforward as there are numerous Loftzone videos detailing installation techniques and there is also instruction booklet included with the kit of parts. I have recommended Loftzone products to all my friends and family.

This is a brilliant bit of kit. Easy to work out and easy to fit. I now have a totally floored loft, well about my insulation - so that it will still stop heat from escaping through the roof. Highly recommend.

Takes a lot of thought and careful working out on a bit of paper and I would recommend getting it clear in your mind before going anywhere near the loft.

I installed a medium sized kit in an old 1970's bungalow - inevitably the joists had funny spacing and were uneven - not all of them were square. By buying some extra struts I was able to create a solid platform which has given me extra space in the loft.

Recommend watching all the install videos and trawling YT for Loft Zone installs as well - some of these really helped. Once you know what to do it's a straightforward DIY job.

The initial kit arrived fast but there was a kerfuffle over getting the extra struts - soon resolved but did hold me up for a while. Would definitely use LoftZone again.

This is a game changer. I have used other products to provide a good storage space and still have space for a decent amount of insulation. I always had an issue with the strength and stability of the finished surface. It just did not feel strong enough to walk on or support and decent weight. We all store the “Once a year” things like spare chairs for Christmas, decorations and suitcases to name but a few. Having reviewed and now installed this product I now have a much better, flatter ans safe to walk os floor. Yes like a raised floor. More space underneath for increased insulation. Now nor compressed. The bonus now being space and a noticeable difference in heat retention. I chose to fit this myself. I am 67 years young and had no issue fitting the the whole thing. I was also able to use the original flooring that I purchased and used with the previous inferior product. My only regret is not using this 2 years ago. I would recommend purchasing in kit form from the web site as you need the screws. They work better than standard screws. Give it a go

Reasonable loft shelving solution/kit. Easy to fix up. Just delivery is quite expensive.

A great solution for raising a loft storage area above a full 300mm (100between/200over joists) insulation. Bye bye 60mm old fibreglass from the 80’s. Hello deep fluffy mineral wool.
Other similar leg type products would either only allow 270mm and even then no air gap (!) or raise the floor too high, sacrificing head room too much.
LoftZone floor store was perfect. Took a little head scratching to work out what I needed as my area wasn’t exactly the predefined sizes of the kits they sell (and I had 450mm spaced joists just to be extra awkward), but once figured out, I can’t fault LoftZone. Product is brilliant and the service was spot on. Now my house isn’t freezing upstairs anymore!

We were able to work out exactly what we needed following Loftzone excellent website.
Loft ladder is excellent and arrived promptly.
We used risers to floor a loft above the insulation.
Also battery operated lights which are ideal (although we are having some difficulty getting them to switch on and off?)….Even bought one of these lights for the kitchen for under a shelf.

I am only part way through what is quite a large DIY refurbishment of the loft area at out home. The Loftzone product is very easy to install - watched the video a couple of times to pick up all the key tips and then set about the job.

Order and delivery process was excellent - timely and uncomplicated. The delivery was a small number of brackets short but a quick E Mail was all it took to get the remainder delivered.

I am very happy with the end result of the work I have completed. The system looks good and is very sturdy. I would certainly recommend Loftzone to anyone.

My order arrived on schedule, just two days after being placed. The instructions were clear and installation was easy when following the video guidelines.
The platform I built was too small so I ordered a second kit and an extra roll of insulation as everything had been slightly displaced as I worked.
The end result was impressive, and looking under the platform I could feel the air movement between insulation and the platform, just as it was specified in the booklet.
I had ordered a few extra bits to accommodate the area around the loft hatch, so I was confident that the whole assembly was sturdy and safe.
The completed floor looks really good and the insulation is up to a good level.
The whole process didn't take very long, with a 2.4m square being assembled in a single morning.
The screws provided as part of the kit were of excellent quality and way more than required for the job.
In summary, the kits are great value, the quality is good and, if you follow the guidelines, the flooring you build will be strong and tidy.

Loftzone is an excellent product that is very easy for a handy person to install as the instruction booklet and short video explian everything clearly. I chose the collect option from the warehouse and the packages were ready and waiting for me. Overall excellent friendly service.

The start of our journey into getting our loft boarded, was to get a number of quotes, and although Loftzone were not the cheapest, their representative John was by far, the most thorough in both the inspection of our loft, and in making sure we were going to get what we wanted, including sending us photos as well as drawings of the planned work, listing materials, and a breakdown of costs. He came on the 12th September, and we gave the company our decision a week later. We had to wait about 4 weeks for the installation to go ahead, but that was expected, and it gave me time to prepare the loft for the team who came and done the installation.
On the day of the install, two men arrived at about 9am as advised, and put out carpet protectors and proceeded to start the installation of both our new loft flooring, and a replacement hatch.
The two worked hard all day, taking only a short break for lunch, and made a fantastic job of the loft.
For payment, the terms were very reasonable, 10% a week before the work was carried out, and full payment on completion. We were shown the loft, and given advice about weight limits, as well as being shown how to open and close the ceiling hatch. We were contacted by the company on the following day explaining the lifetime warranty and that if we came across any problems at all, to contact them.
Over all, we were completely satisfied with all of our dealings with the company, and also very happy with the final results.
I have no hesitation in recommending Loftzone if you want work carried out by a professional company. They were not my cheapest quote, but were also not the most expensive. I feel that I got value for money from the service and product.

This is my third purchase from this company. I recently brought the loft shelves. There was an issue with the screws, however after an email they responded accordingly and everything was resolved without me even needing to even send a follow-up email. Between the product and the customer service I can’t complain about either

Delivery was quicker that stated but unfortunately the pallet courier didn’t contact me in advance and only rang from the house as the pallet was being delivered. Luckily I’m not on a busy road and a neighbour was around so the pallet was safe on the drive.

Product is great and very flexible in how it’s used. As per the advice it’s worth laying the supports out to check the area for cross beams, pipes and other obstructions. I felt like I had more beam supports than the end supports but used them to strengthen the floor on the interim rafters instead so all good. The beams are easily cut with decent tin snips (only needed to do one). Good head room for a 200mm thick top up insulation and good quality boards. A jigsaw is essential if you’re installing around rafters.

I had a look around at other products and felt that this was the best. It’s not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in terms of product quality and ease of installation.

This is a brilliant product and has transformed my attic into a really useful storage area. Once it is completed, it is a really strong and stable system - no problem at all to walk around on it. I'm not so sure if this is the case with these cheaper systems, and I'm glad I paid that bit extra to get Loftzone.

It also has a generous height, over 300mm above the top of the ceiling boards, so even with all the insulation I have, there is a nice amount of head room between the top of the insulation and the underneath of the boards, which is very important for preventing damp and mould issues bearing in mind that humidity does enter the loft space from the living areas below.

It is straight forward enough to do. I made a point of studying the instructions first (there's a very good and clear PDF online) and then watched their YouTube video, which had some added helpful details. So by the time I got into the loft I was reasonably clued up.

I have an early 1960s bungalow with joists at unusual intervals and pipes all over the place. There is a lot insulation but in an overlapping patchwork mess, which I had to clear out the way to see how I could proceed and organise this system in the space available. Face mask was a must. Note that if you are able to create a square then you will make most efficient use of the pieces. I was not able to, so had to go with an L shaped area, and this meant I ended up with a beam spare. However, having bought the kit from amazon, I ended up buying extra parts directly from Loftzone so I could extend the area and understood it all well enough to ensure I got the correct number of supports and beams to finish off the project.

I took my time and a lot of care with measuring out distances, like the 610mm spacings. Otherwise, it seems reasonably forgiving. Other than a measuring tape and the excellent screws they provided in the kit, a cordless drill, 2.5mm drill bit (or less would be fine) and screw driver head are all that is needed.

All done now and I'm delighted. The service I received from Will and Sarah was friendly and helpful. A great English company and product.

Very easy to install - the kind of project that was made for a cordless screwdriver. Plenty of tolerance in the product design so if your house - or your skills - are not perfect the product will make allowances without compromising the solution.

Delivery could be a little quicker, took about a week to arrive but all components came as ordered, simple to install, especially with the installation guide found on YouTube and once installed it’s given a sturdy floor and given my house plentyful storage space, especially with additional shelving along the sides. Recommend to anyone.

Box arrived with the bottom opened. On opening the box I found that 2 metal bars were missing and 4 brackets. Getting in touch with loft zone Sarah got straight back in touch and said she and loft zone would be happy to replace the missing parts. Parts came within a few days. I would recommend loft zone and I will be using them again. Thank you Sarah

I ordered the 450 joist rectangular kit 1.8x3.6 The order was processed promtly and delivery a few days later in time for me to start the project. Delivery of the heavy items was on a pallet, luckily I was home, I was still waiting for a phone call to confirm a date, but maybe I had misunderstood.

The delivery contained all the parts of the kit and the additional screws and 18 floor boards I ordered. Fitting on the loft was reasonably straight forward. A good drawing or schematic of what the floor would look like when finished was lacking. It would have helped spot the following issue earlier.

It was not until after building the second section that I realised there are not sufficient parts in the 450 joist kit to lay down all the 18 floorboards that it says to order on the website. The kit comes with 12 triangle support, 8 straight supports and 8 metal beams.

When you build out sideways you need 7 metal beams, 14 triangle supports and 7 straight supports.

When you build out length ways you will need 9 metal beams, 12 triangle supports, and 9 straight supports.

Its a bit dissapointing, so only 4 stars. I will order some more parts to build the last section next.
