Fab little find.

Friendly staff and owner. Nothing too much trouble. Great service from start to finish from all staff. Beautifully decorated bar/lounge and dining areas with owner commenting that plans are in place to renovate other rooms too. Our room very comfortable, spacious and clean. Location beautiful - by the river with gorgeous views all round, yet within easy reach of M62. Food amazing - especially the breakfast! Loved the fact it was a hotel on a smaller scale than some bigger city ones, so has the family feel to it, but has all that bigger ones have to offer. Private functions are catered for as well as being open to non-residents for food. Will definitely be back and would even consider going just for brekkie! Fab little find.
