Like a lot of other reviewers, I wish I'd checked the reviews first. I bought a dress off them and the quality and size were not good at all. I emailed back in November 2024 and after 69 emails, where I'd accepted a 60% refund,(which I've still not received), and told to keep the dress, which I gave to charity, they've now started to ignore my emails. I've no other way of contacting them!!

An update on my post from March - still no refund since starting communication with them on 20th December 2024. Daily e-mail chasers from me and responses from them saying the same thing but sometimes in a slightly different way. Now it’s that there is a problem with their finance system and that it is being addressed and I should be patient, this has been the response for 4 weeks now. I have accepted that I will not get my refund but will continue to chase, simply to annoy them tbh. I REALLY WISH ID READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER!!!!

If i could give Zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAM COMPANY.
Ordered 2 dresses that took weeks to arrive and they sent wrong sizes & wrong colours. Emailed to ask for return & refund, they repeatedly fobbed off offering 10% then 15%, finally agreed on me keeping dresses which I don't want & can't wear and they'd refund 50%. All lies. 2 months later no refund. Pathetic excuse of their refund system not working was given. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM!!! I ordered and paid for a white dress, not only did it take weeks to arrive but when it did they’d sent a PINK one. The material was so cheap it looked like a rag! Do waste your money as I can’t find out any info on how to return it for a refund!!!

I bought a dress, the top turned out to be different colour from the bottom. They also offered me a minimal refund. After many emails they finally agreed to refund a 65%. This was November.
I still haven't received the money back.
Despite repeated follow-ups, all I have received are excuses . I strongly advise against buying from this company

Worst company ever do not order I’m still waiting for my refund and only 70% back and still nothing. I’ve been given all the excuses. They need to be stopped for selling anything.

Poor quality dress. Sizing not right. Refusal to accept a return and give a refund. Tiny refund offered which I refused. After much persistence and 2 months and 50 email exchanges I got a 70% refund. They kept saying the refund would be made but were obviously hoping I would forget or couldn’t be bothered. Then their systems were down - more excuses. Definitely avoid buying from them.

Love this sweeter! So soft and cozy i got several comments on the color as well.

I did receive my order but it was much shorter thsn the picture and size was way too tight, even though ordered my usual size. Asked for a refund but not holding my breath after reading these reviews!!

I want to give no stars or even a minus. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Hopefully will get reimbursed through my credit company. Item never received, no response to emails. DO NOT TOUCH!

I want to give no stars it the worst possible company I have dealt with still waiting for dress I ordered in October and they keep saying it’s on the way after reading reviews it’s probably rubbish anyway

DO NOT ORDER FROM PENDANY. IT IS A SCAM. TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ORDER. ITEM IS NOT AS ADVERTISED, NOW WE THEY ARE BARTERING OVER A REFUND. DONT EXPECT A REFUND! THE EMAILS CAME ACROSS QUITE THREATENING. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RETURN ADDRESS BUT WARN YOU THAT YOU'D HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. HAD TO BUY ANOTHER OUTFIT AS THE ONE FINALLY RECEIVED WOULD FIT A 7FT TALL PERSON! SHOCKING! FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING TO MAKE THESE CLOTHES.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality, terrible customer service and overall a poor experience. The don’t publish the returns policy so when you try to get a refund because the quality of the goods is SO BAD you get into a barter situation of how much they are prepared to give and how much you are prepared to accept.

0 stars. Bought - items arrived about 2 months later. Quality is absokuktely awful. Look nothign like the photos. requested full refund and keep getting offers of 10%, then 20% , then 30% off if I keep items. So far no luck in getting my full refund but I will keep trying. DO NOT BUY from them.

Bought 3 dresses for choice 19th Oct Total was 89.00 they came this wk they are very nice but to tight on the chest and will fit someone in lenth of 6ft I have sold my friend one so I need to return others as it states on line you have 15days but surprise they are delaying the returns and have asked me to send pics of every detail and i have sent some plus i reminded them with a copy for the returns it states on line policy but have now asked if I will take 10%off I don't think I will get my money back so don't order because you can't return and it costs 14.00 to send back I wouldn't of minded paying delivery iam so disappointed in this company and out of pocket a lot of money if I was able to put 0 for review I would but no option please don't buy anything they feed you crap to get your money I have never used this site before I won't be doing so again

OMG - I’ve fallen into THE TRAP after waiting 5 weeks and chasing my order - it wasn’t worth waiting for. The quality of the materials isn’t as advertised, the length isn’t as advertised, deceit 100% SHOCKING

Not quite as the description. No cleaning instructions so can anyone advise?

Total scam. Item took 4 weeks to arrive, sizing was just crazy, it arrived crumpled and not fit for use. Getting the emails to convince me to keep it. What can I do to get a refund.

The product was AWFUL and it is a scam. There have been over 30 replies via email trying to convince me to keep the unwearable products when all I want is a refund.

This company is disgusting, if they spent the same effort scamming people into a legitimate business they’d be better off.
