I cant recommend this company enough. Professional helpful and very informative all the way through our mortgage application. Lisa who was our advisor kept us fully informed with emails phone calls . We was all sorted in less than three weeks.

From my initial contact through to receiving the loan, this process has been easy. The staff have all been friendly and helpful - a big shout out to Ellis and Nick who talked us through every step. I love the attention to detail and security steps taken to ensure I am who I say I am to do as much as they can to protect me and my identity from any fraud. I have had my identity stolen (about 25 years ago) and let me tell you it is absolutely horrendous. So to know the steps taken to prevent anyone else using my name etc is very reassuring. From start to finish the whole process was quick and easy. We were given options to consider and we had time to think about the pros and cons of each. At no point were we pressured or rushed. Any questions we had were answered. We would heartily recommend Loans Warehouse if like us you were swimming in options and not knowing which was best. Thanks Ellis, thanks Nick you are a credit to the company.

Having been recommended to Loans Warehouse, I was pleased from the get go on how they dealt with my application, from Rhys going through the advice and client needs all the way through to Kirsty and Lauren in the completions team. Communicative, timely, knowledge, understanding and all round exactly what I was looking for. Speedy is an understatement!!! Thank you!!!!

We had a really good experience using Loans warehouse. They came up with a suitable loan very quickly. Kirsty and Lauren made what could have been a lengthy, awkward application process very straightforward. They dealt with any snags with paperwork quickly and efficiently. They effectively took the stress out of the whole process maintaining a friendly professional demeanour throughout. Getting customer service right is a challenge too far for many. Loans warehouse seem (based on our experience) to have mastered it.

The process was thorough and travelled through a complicated situation, which took time to resolve. It culminated in a successful application for funds, no mean achievement in the circumstances.

My principal interlocutor, Karen Li, was unfailingly courteous and helpful. She negotiated the various steps with clarity and professionalism, and kept me informed at every stage.
