Recommended for new traders!
It can be a bit intimidating to learn and use so many different tools as a beginner trader but this broker makes using the broker so clear and simple to understand. They also offer a lot of amazing resources for managing finances and planning your trading risks responsibly which is something I personally appreciate. It definitely helps to be in control of your accounts and knowledgeable about the way your money moves. Any questions that I have are answered promptly and accurately, and the customer service has been good. Overall, this is a really good broker and I would recommend it to anyone from new to advanced traders!

I like the app itself
I like the app itself, but it takes too long to load the money and the money does not load on the account all the time, I had to email just to get my money in my account. Its good but you have to do too much, its too complicated.

The customer service agents can be a little rude. I’ve reached out twice and had the same experience. Also their AI chat doesn’t seem to understand what you’re explaining. So that can be frustrating.
