Hi I've been waiting over a month for withdrawals to process and send out I've only been told the team is reviewing it i started trading with crucialmarkets back in January at first everything was going good I've had 3 prior withdrawals that sent out but after those I haven't been able to get withdrawals sent out. I've put in 3 since February that i ended up canceling after weeks of going back and forth with customers service I was never given an update after being told numerous times the team is reviewing the pending withdrawal That was my first issue. The second issue im having is with an suspended account I was trading a few weeks back and out of nowhere my account stops showing up in tradelocker mind you i had two postions open at the time, so I contact customer service I was told that there system was saying that the account was still active it might just be a Synchronization issue with tradelocker just wait a few it should show backup i waited nothing happend market closed it was a Friday. Sunday afternoon market opens price drops and blow my account of 17k at this point im still in contact with customer service they tell me that the team is investigating my account to see what happend with the suspension that was a month ago and still no update my funds where not returned as of yet and im still not able to withdraw funds from wallet or pamm accounts totaling 26k ive been waiting since February for withdrawals which has caused me to become late on bills. So I can't say that the company is a complete scam but they have very bad customer service and I would not deposit a large amount of money with them ever again as a trader I shouldn't feel like my broker is completely robbing me and thats the vibes im starting to get at the moment hopfully someone reaches out too resolve the issues but as of right now i would not deposit anymore funds into this broker. also if crucialmarkets.responds back saying i have a demo account no this is funds that are in my wallet that came from a live account and are available

Crucial markets payed me in less than 1hour on my withdrawals. The support team responds fast and they take care of clients! Best broker !

I’ve been with them a short time and have made 3 withdrawals , I love the bonuses it’s allowed me to 4x my deposit. Any time I message support , they work fast to solve any issues I have. My favorite broker !

Really intuitive and clean platform with seamless connection to TradeLocker and low spreads.
Payouts are SUPER quick. Though it says that they are sent in no more than 24 hours, it’s far far less than that the majority of the time.
I’ve never had any issues however, when I have contacted customer service to help set up an account or make an inquiry they are extremely helpful and very responsive.

My experience has been abosulety. I'm able to change leverages of how I want to day trade. Also, the communication with the staff support is awesome.

So far so good for me first time using an online trading platform and needed some help navigating the site but was helped along the way and after advice from friends have made some small investments and upto now showing some good returns and enjoying watching money grow on the platform hopefully a lot more to come.

They stole all my money back because I left this review up even with Two-Factor Authentication Email Verification and Google Authenticator. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They tried to cover this up

Below is my 3/5 review from 25/02/26:

It's clear this is a new platform and they don't fully have their records organised or tracked. At the end of this review is what I originally wrote and only because of this my issue with my account and balance being deleted without notice was resolved. They had to ask me for proof of the deposit so they clearly couldn't verify themselves with a history of client deposits tied to account details. I'd advice taking screenshots of your balance and saving deposit emails in case of a sudden account closure, the cause is still unknown to me which happened on either the 8th, 9th or 10th, possibly not just to me.

After waiting a 5 days initially for them to update my balance in the new account with the same details after the unprompted closure I wrote them on the 14th but got no reply. So a week later I wrote here thinking it was a scam, they have now returned almost all of the balance manually and have said they will return the rest and I know it's not a scam anymore. My newly created account even had KYC already completed and soon had the old demo accounts assigned to it so thought the balance would update soon but didn't, that's what prompted that thought.

The copy trader options have grown from 1 or 2 originally at the start of February, that seemed to take a while to show up, to now having 7 with 2 successful ones that are great options, and it's all working great. These outweigh the inconvenience of using the platform.

Other than that, a very simply UI that feels great to use.

These are all paid reviews, this is a scam. $500 deposited then had account shut down without notice. Recreated account with same details, KYC already completed so knew it was me, but no updates to account balance after 2 weeks

Replying to reply, this was a deposit to available balance that got deleted when the account did, nothing to do with a live trading account, I sent you proof already before your reply

Clarification writing today 25/02/26 when updating this with the paragraphs above after resolution:
The problem was I replied to their admin email that asked about evidence, but they can only read emails from their service email which I had to forward everything to to get a response 👍

I’ve been trading for 8 years and have always had a difficult time with brokers. After the last time a b book broker refused to give me my money that was lost due to their platform “malfunction” I went and found Crucial. This is what I’ve been looking for it just WORKS as it should and I’m glad I finally can trust comfortably depositing large amounts of money knowing it’s safe. Just tested a withdrawal and it’s already pending. Got it within 10 minutes!

Always gotten back pretty quickly if they dont have the answer right away they put the team on it to get the answer. Never had any complaints and just got my 400% deposit bonus which is dope!

Just received my first withdrawal yesterday & it was processed within 2.5hrs after submitting the withdrawal request! Which is a record time for me with any broker I’ve ever used!
