Smart move to work with LBC for my first mission
I worked with Little Big Connection when I signed up for my first 2-year mission and it was a smart move : the team is very responsive, agile and caring... everything you need when you're a freelancer for the first time!
Of course, nothing is perfect, but they've always been quick and ready to help!

J'ai travaillé avec Little Big Connection lorsque j'ai signé pour ma première mission de 2 ans et ce fut un choix judicieux : l'équipe est très réactive, agile et attentionnée... tout ce dont on a besoin lorsqu'on est freelance pour la première fois !
Bien sûr, rien n'est parfait, mais ils ont toujours été rapides et prêts à aider !

Bad customer service
I have used their services for 18 months for a client of mine. They take very low commissions but have two major drawbacks. Their customer service is very slow to respond to any query and secondly, if you make a mistake in your billing and need to get that amended you will struggle for months and months and not get anywhere. For this last reason I will personally not do business with them. Their platform has improved over time but the service is really bad. Definitely avoid as much as you can.
