Disappointing info about delivery
The goods look great but ordering on the internet is unclear when delivery would be. The site says pre order but when completing the order it says delivery in 24 to 48 hours. After waiting a week or so I rang to ask about delivery and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks.

Decreasing discount within a day after showing interest
Looked online on Saturday for bathroom lights for our son's Xmass present. Took screen shots of lights so our son could make sure they were what he wanted at a price of £19.69 x 3 because of a 44% discount totalling £59.07. He responded next day so went back online and the discount had changed to 25% so had to pay £26.25 x 3 totalling £78.75. Our email promoting Litecraft said it was a January sale not just for one day. Contacted shop but we're not interested saying it is the online teams fault. A £19.68 overcharge not very happy.

Our website experienced a technical error over the weekend when the sale began and we rectified it as soon as we saw it. The discount of up to 25% was the only discount that should have been shown but unfortunately due to the technical error, it applied the discount twice to some items. We can only apologise that this error occurred when you were going to purchase your lights.
