Pleased with service, car washed but not vacuumed, did take longer than expected bit longer wait than I would have liked, but reception person very attentive.

Great service from the service department as usual, friendly and helpful staff and the work was completed to a great standard, they also cleaned and valeted as part of the service.
This is the first time I have dealt with BART from Listers Toyota Lincoln, great guy to deal with.

This was a great example of high quality customer care. The service I received was professional, courteous and efficient throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I felt informed and comfortable with the fault diagnosis, the subsequent work, and the cost.

Very pleasant experience.
Very pleasant experience when visiting the Listers showroom in Boston Lincolnshire. Had no intention of buying anything but after dealing with Adam we came to a very amicable agreement and bought another BMW. Can’t really fault the dealership and Adam was very helpful and persuasive during our meeting. Everything was explained and handled well and when we went to collect the car everything was in place for a seamless handover and the car had been presented well. Reception staff were cheery and helpful when we arrived and directed us to the waiting area and provided coffee and biscuits while we waited, Adam is a polite and helpful salesman and could be very persuasive as I said before but would happily go back to him in the future if/when we change cars again. Customer Service was really good and nothing seemed to be any trouble to anyone we spoke with.

Matthew was very helpful, he listened carefully and answered our questions with a clear explanation.
The Service and MoT went smoothly and car was ready for collection in a timely manner.
A tip would be to check the spare tyre, the debris in the boot protector was undisturbed. We noticed this after we arrived home and put things back into the boot.

Lovely experience
Lovely pleasent staff, nothing is evert too much when asked questions always have clear answers. I really enjoy the team all the staff are never too busy to help and site is easy to get to and very clean and hospitable. I drive an hour to get here but the service provided for customer care and on my vechile is FANTASTIC ... thank you.

Poor customer service
My vehicle went in for a oil and A/C service, which was completed fine however, I also asked for two other issue to be checked as I just purchased the vehicle.
No support with getting the car updated and diagnosed on the day which will mean a second visit. Followed up for a call back with a senior team member to unused how this happened three days have now past with no call.

100% satisfied with my car service
My car went for a pre-arranged service and mot test, it was collected from my home at the pre-arranged time. And returned in the afternoon. All the work was carried out with a detailed description of what had been checked with some notification to a couple of minor issues that need to be looked at in the near future. I was kept informed during the day of the progress through a great video made by the engineer working on the car. What else can I say the car came home looking like new. Very clean inside and out. Great job.
