I ordered some suits. For the price I was totally disappointed. The elastic wasn’t good. The fabric wasn’t a good quality very underwhelming I wanted to return. I contacted the company three times and they never responded. $600 down the drain. You need to get a return authorization before you can return. I shop online a lot because I live in a rural place and even the other small companies, have a return authorization online process. Shame on you, Lise charmel if you are going to require returns to be done in 15 days and require people to email to get a return authorization and then respond to your emails.

Swimsuit by Lise charmel the design is great finishes with embroidery, but dont go swimming with it.
After half year it is a dishcloth, faded and worm out, in other Words an expensive swimsuit or a stroller’s suit I have 2 from them.

I had a very bad experience with Lise Charmel e-store. I purchased two items for $365 advertised as luxury French lingerie. I received the items which were only designed in France and manufactured elsewhere, and as a matter of fact the quality wasn’t there: one of the bra hooks was broken. I contacted the customer service for the return and was refunded $45 less than I paid. My understanding is that they charged me $45 for shipping despite the fact that the delivered item was damaged.
I contacted their customer service again for clarification but never heard back. Avoid

Be very careful shopping with Lise Charmel online.

I was sent a bra that did not fit and filed a return request per the online instructions. This was over 7 days ago and they have completely ignored my request and failed to respond to any of the numerous emails I have sent them.

No decent, honest business declines to respond to emails and return requests.

Avoid Lisecharmel.com at all costs!
