The delivery time was far longer than expected, which was already quite disappointing for such a small order. Moreover, when the package finally arrived, I was very dissatisfied with the way it had been packed. The items were sent in a simple, non-protective envelope — similar to those used on second-hand platforms like Vinted — which appeared careless and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, one of the underwear was even outside its individual plastic bag, which raises concerns about handling and hygiene.
Customer service was even worse since they were not able to understand the issue
