Lovely fabric. Prompt delivery of 10 useful-sized pieces of tweed covering a lot of different blues and greens.

I love shopping there in person the service is fantastic and so is the shipping option, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We also enjoy lunch in the cafe it is excellent and the ladies who work there also do a great job.

Subsequent to ordering my samples, I placed my order for jacket length tweeds and they arrived by courier the next day. The fabrics are beautiful and will keep me busy sewing for many months. I hope my sewing will do justice to them. Thank you for bringing us such gorgeous tweeds to sew with, Linton Tweeds.

Disappointed that there aren’t any printed instructions with this pattern, instead you have to scan the QR code in order to access them. For the price of this pattern plus exorbitant postage I think this is rather poor show from such a reputable company. I would also have expected a picture of the jacket on the front of the pattern envelope as this is standard practice. I know that patterns designed by Alison Smith are of a high standard but I think that Linton Tweeds have let her down by not providing a complete package of her design.

I was very surprised and disappointed that the pattern I purchased did not include the instructions. These have to be accessed via a QR code reader, which not everyone may have on their phone, and then printed. These pattern was pricy and the additional cost of printing made it even more so. A very kind member of staff helped by sending a pdf version when I was having problems. Thank you for this.

Beautiful tweed fabric, in lovely wearable softer colors, not much metallic in the weave so it's great for daytime, dressy casual jackets. I love this fabric, and it's lighter weight so its perfect for spring, summer climates.
