Customer Service was great. I ordered a quilt and when I displayed in the room I ordered it for, I did not like the color combination with the existing room. They credited me with no questions asked and told me to donate the opened packaged quilt to someone in need. I thought that was amazing and great customer service. Linens & Hutch is my new go to for sheets. They are unbelievably soft, pill-free, and easy to care for.

Too many plastic bags were used in packing! More compostable material should be used. Also, the quality of some items was not good - sewed seams were left untrimmed and on the exterior part of pillow cases.

High quality products at an affordable price. Love the soft mattress pad cover. Bed skirt is very nice and covers box spring.

With my discount the purchase was sort the price. However, $200 for this quilt is ridiculous. It is thinner than my sheets! The color was advertised as ivory...it is more butter cream. It will be used for a spare bedroom with little use, otherwise I would have returned because I don't think it will last long... it is so thin.

My first purchase is a reversible two-tone comforter and I am so pleased! It is an all-season weight, but warm enough to use in winter. The full-queen is large enough to generously cover my queen bed. I washed it prior to use and it came out soft and fluffy without any shifting of fill. I am hopeful that future washings will ease some of the wrinkles that didn't come out with the first. I am sure to make future purchases.
