After working with Alex & the team of Lifetime savings for a little while now we can safely say that everything is a breeze, Lifetime Savings supply us with the contact details of customers that have contacted them for help in relation to the ECO4 scheme and are in desperate need of some form of help whether that be upgraded insulation or heating, the customer is always talked through the main stage meaning that is all that is left for us to do is complete a qualification assessment and install!

Every ECO4 customer that we have dealt with has had nothing but praise for Alex & the team and I personally can see every reason why they are brilliant to deal with and I can safely say that given that there are quite a few ECO4 Installers if you are in need of any advice or are unsure please always go to these guys.

From a very cold house last winter, couldn't afford to have the electric heating on much, to a very comfortable living space. This last month, our electricity bill was £50 less than the same period last year and we have the heating on 24/7. We had the air source heat pump, all new radiators and solar panels. All paid for by the EC04 grant, wonderful.
From the very first contact, Lifetime Savings were very professional, informative and friendly. Yes, there's a bit of paperwork to master but they assisted me through everything, which meant them being very patient. An excellent team, service with a smile.

I was a bit sceptical that we would be able to benefit from the eco initiatives, but Lifetime Savings came to see us promptly after contact and explained the process and how we could benefit.

They were very professional throughout the process and always on hand to ensure that there were no delays in getting work started. We ended up with cavity wall insulation, solar panels and a heat pump, so thank you.

I had a boiler replaced under the government grant scheme in April 23 through Lifetime Savings. Wow! I have had a top of the range boiler fitted that would have cost me several thousand pounds ordinarily. My boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life. Top of the range!!
Try it yourself. I would never have thought I could have qualified. I was on ESA. So so pleased and it was such an easy, smooth process. Thank you Lifetime Savings. I would have put a photo on but there didn’t seem to be a provision for it.

After my partner received info from a Liftime savings canvasser, we decided to go for the ECO4 grant.
I will say Liftime savings didn't do the installation, it was by another company, whom I'm still in contact with ( little niggles). When I couldn't get in touch with the installers of the heatpump, I called Lifetime savings who then contacted the installer's on my behalf,and then the installer would get in touch.
I would recommend Lifetime Savings, I found them to be professional, contactable and understanding of the issues I had with the installers.

I wasn't to sure that what I was being told was true.I was guided along each step ,given information and told someone was on the end of the phone if I had any questions .That was true.From the survey to installation each appointment made was adhered to.On time,just as I was informed.No hassle.No jargon.All stress free.

Lifetime Savings helped me enormously through this process. Every member of staff that I spoke to was helpful, efficient and friendly. They always followed up on any queries I had all the way through the process. In addition, I had a brilliant installer Cameron who made sure that I was happy with everything they did,

When I was given the number for Lifetime Savings I was very hesitant , thinking it was just another company trying to get me to sign into a bogus scheme. I ignored it at first but then found someone who had dealt with them about Grant Schemes. I finally decided to give them a call and I am so glad I did. The person I spoke to was very polite and explained everything to me. He checked my eligibility and made the application for me. Without them I wouldn’t have the cozy home I have now. They were always available if I had any queries and I wouldn’t hesitate to pass their number to anyone else.

I did a background check on the company before engaging as I am very sceptical about 3rd party companies offering their service on Facebook or emails. I was even more concerned when I had to pass over my personal details. But to my delight, from the initial contact in June to the survey being carried out was 6 weeks and full installation completed within a few months.
Communications with Lifetime Savings was first class, quick response and on each occasion, they satisfied my information requests and ensured I was happy.
Based on my experience to date, they have provided an outstanding service and I would recommend them.
