We were pleasantly surprised by how efficient the whole process was.
At the beginning I was very sceptical, however the whole process was completed in a seamless manner. The team that completed the installation were very professional and capable. Although there have been a couple of teething issues with the heating system, overall we have been happy with the results

A simple process from the initial house survey to the final heat pump installation and am pleased with the overall result but unsure of the heating costs annually regarding the solar panels and how much rebate that will be forthcoming .

I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed pretty extensive work with having a new boiler fitted in such an old house but they made I works. From the get go they were on it. Even when it took me a while to get organised they were always phoning to check in.
The organisation was amazing, I was always updated on progress and the overall process took far less longer than I expected. From the phone call I had the surveyors out the next day.
They organised the whole team for me and I was highly impressed with everyone, from the people on the phones to the electricians and scaffolders who always turned up on time and were lovely.

Alex was fantastic helping us secure the grant. We could not recommend highly enough.

Alex made the whole application for funding as easy & uncomplicated as was possible. There was a good deal of paperwork involved & it was explained each step as best he could. Took a long while from start to finish due to some particularly frustrating circumstances , none of which were in either of our control but got there in the end . Very pleased with the warm house we now have.

Alex and his team cold called in April 24. Normally I would politely decline but what he had to say sounded genuinely helpful. With great scepticism we followed his advice about applying for grants to help with replacing our elderly oil boiler and tank. What we ended up with was an a new heat pump, radiators and hot water tank. All new pipework and solar panels installed in September 2024. We have been cosy ever since. At all times he and his team were efficient and answered all queries promptly. When required they prompted both us and the installer and acted as a useful go between to the installer when we were trying to contact a specific person. All in all very efficient and helpful.
