AVOID DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...

It's been over a YEAR... since I paid £59 for a will and still it hasn't been done. I have completed everything online and still nothing..they send emails back saying you didn't complete sections that you clearly did many times.
I contacted them again this February and its taken them until today 24th May to respond...with guess what..
You didn't complete all sections....!!!@ oh and it's been 9 months and no response from their complaints department
Don't hold out much hope of this being a legal document
Have requested a refund many times and again been ignored

Utter scam company
Avoid do not use.....!!@@
Reported to financial ombudsman
