Tausha was WONDERFUL! She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. She guided us through each step of the process and make sure we didn’t have any questions left unanswered. She even gave us information. We hadn’t thought of. She showed us where the security cameras replaced, she let us screenshot the map she let us do a practice run through to make sure we were not confused about the access process. She made us feel very confident and comfortable that our car is safe and secure. We are thrilled with our experience.

Matt was a great customer service and friendly. He explained everything into detail.He made us love the place. Can't wait to recommend to my friends.

This is a new facility and the guys are still working to put the whole office together. They were helpful and professional - a pleasure to work with!

Eric made sure that everything went smoothly. Our reservation got lost in the system but he found it and made sure we got the unit we reserved. You can tell he cares about his customers. Access to the unit is easy and clearly explained. Perfect for our needs.

Easy, well explained and comfortable experience. The gentleman helping us was very nice and the facility is exceptionally clean and secure. Also, far more affordable than others.

The best of all is the character of the site manager Terrie. She has a positive aptitude constantly with a super sense of good humor. Just for dealing with here, I will rent in the location again.

Jennifer at store #334 is absolutely amazing!!! I needed a larger space due to moving and fast! I reached out to life storage and Jennifer was right away so helpful and knowledgeable! She’s very friendly and offers consistent assistance and honesty. I recommend her highly!!!!!

Clean and well maintained environment. Good service but questionable policies. I downgraded to a smaller space within 30days of my securing a unit and was recharged all initial setup fee's. Even the friendly representative couldn't make sense of it. I doubt if I'd recommend to others.

The manager at life stage 441 is amazing. I have been using life storage for about the last 7 years on and off. They are very welcoming and very sweet. I highly recommend this storage unit.

Jenna Bylak, store manager at your New Lenox location was absolutely exceptional. I have never rented storage space before and Jenna was so personable and helpful with all my questions. She offered to show me the 10x10 space and 10 x15 space.
I am a very visual person and this is exactly what I needed to see to access the space that my husband and I would need to accommodate our items. Your facility is very clean and organized.
My husband and I came back and signed a contract for rental.
More over, Jenna Bylak is an exceptional employee and a true asset to your company. If not for her I'm not sure we would have rented space. Jenna was wonderful!

I had a great experience purchasing my first storage unit with Manager Michael! He was so much help and very patient with me. I appreciated that because I had a long day moving and looking for storage and he took care of me. He was passionate and caring, and he work with me and my budget. He also gave me a free lock and I was so grateful for that ! The location is also pretty secure and maintained very well.
I definitely recommend this Life Storage location!

The facility is very clean and well run. Kim made the entire process easy from securing the reservation, previewing the storage unit, signing up and confirming the transaction.

Mr. Doug went above and beyond to ensure I was confortable with the unit. I asked different sizes and he even showed me those as well. I ended up with a larger unit, thanks to his help which I am thankful for. The unit I wanted before my appointment was much smaller. I am definitely happy with my decision after my appointment with Mr. Doug.
