My first visit there to rent a storage and it was met by Barbara who explained to me in full details price experience there the way things work she also took me to show me the storage it was very very courteous caring professional attitude all around nice person she really had a way against a person to rent a storage is good to have someone to work with like that you see like them days is gone she brought it all back very professional attitude

Expensive and yucky
They have raised the cost of my unit from 85 to 175 over the years. It smells like dead mice. It’s in an awful part of the city and I think homeless people are living in some of the units

Upon reserving a storage unit
Upon reserving a storage unit, I received a call to come tour the facility. I went in and was greeted by a friendly face. I was given the tour and was helped with finalizing the rental, signing up for the app and using the gate keypad. I would absolutely refer this facility to any friends looking for a storage unit, based on my experience with the staff, as well as the condition of the facility.

Life Storage is a joke had it for three months they went up on my rate without telling me I’ve only been a day or two late they charge me $20 and now having financial difficulties. I’m late eight days and they locked me out. How ridiculous is this!!!!!

I needed to rent a space for my son in Louisville and I'm out of state. Danielle at Life Storage at 201 E Market Street in Louisville was amazing. We rented a space to park our RV from Life Storage today. The property is new, spotless, and secure. The process of renting the space was quick and easy.
