Lifepoints is #2 (of abt 10 sites), but don't get excited. The majority of the surveys take over an hour to earn 90 cents (100 points). Been doing them a few years now.
One survey took over 4 hours, had 90 pages, comparing 31 products on abt 40 pages, then didn't submit, and I didn't get paid the approx. 90 cents (100 points)!!! One time, I got a week-long study recording what I drank that paid $20. Very rare.
Highly recommend if you're desperate (I am) and don't mind feeling insane after several hours of doing the same survey for 90 cents (100 points), or having this blatant reminder that you're so worthless that nobody will pay you $14 an hour (minimum wage). On the other hand, Prolific is a 5-star platform, averaging $1.00/15 mins. Been doing theirs more than 10 years.

Lifepoints Never AGAIN
Absolutely disgusted by them. Been with over a number of years. Did all the surveys to accumulate 24000 points on my account I went to get my vouchers only to find my account had been suspended without explanation. No mention of an appeal process though eventually they agreed to review with same outcome.Never received any prior warnings of any issues just completely blocked. I recommend you never to use them waste of my valuable time and effort.

I've been on LifePoints for a while. I previously checked out a $5 reward to PayPal without a problem. Only worth noting that they take a few days to send you the money, which doesn't happen on most of their competitors.
Last week I did the same: claimed $5 from my work on the surveys to my PayPal account.
However, after a few days waiting, I received this email from LifePoints:
> We were unable to process your recent reward request because our provider informed us that this reward option is currently **out of stock**.
>
> The corresponding LP credit has been returned to your account. You may select a different reward option or wait until the selected reward option is back in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.
---
Kinda uncommon, but alright. I then waited a couple of days, went to the website and tried to redeem my reward again. I got this error message:
> A problem ocorred. Contact support.
I proceeded to contact support. And got this reply:
> After a thorough review, I have confirmed that your membership and/or participation does not meet our quality standards, and your account has been suspended. As a result, you may no longer participate in the LifePoints Community, and all unused LifePoints (LPs) have been forfeited. Any pending redemption requests have also been canceled.
> For security reasons, I am unable to provide specific details regarding the suspension or the criteria used in our security checks.
---
So, first they can't pay my work because they are "out of stock". Two days later they simply ban my account and take my money without any explanation?
That's a blatant scam.
Of course, _IF_ there was any problem with my account (which it didn't), and LifePoints really wanted to "protect" their clients, they should have banned me BEFORE doing tons more of surveys.
LifePoints waited the moment that I would request my payment, so they got the money from all my surveys for their pockets. And, that way, of course, allowed all my "terrible" answers to go to their clients surveys because they were as genuine as my money.
That's completely unacceptable behaviour for a serious company. I have quite some time on surveys and NEVER had that kind of experience.
Stay away from these scammers.
EDIT Jun 5, 2026: As suggested by their answer below, I contacted the support again, mentioning the code "SITEREVIEW-TP". Waste of time. I got the same suspicious reply, and they kept my $5.
Scammers.

Absolute fraudsters who ban legitimate members with the help of their broken automated system and steal rewards!
For instance, I had to reinstall my browser recently and the default language got changed to English (UK). Though I could see surveys in my dashboard when logging into LifePoints from India, as soon as I refreshed the page, all of that disappeared. I noticed that the URL and interface had explicitly changed to 'en-GB' at the instead of the usual 'en-IN' that I always had before.
Apparently, their useless website glitched out my region to the UK and removed all Indian gift cards except PayPal.
However, I immediately contacted support regarding the issue and informed them about this technical glitch. While they were pretending to investigate it, they actually decided to suspend my account for "not meeting quality standards" using a generic paste-copy excuse in less than 24 hours.
The truth is that their poor automated security bot detected this technical glitch (language setting changed) as a VPN or Proxy, instead of manually verifying it and fixing this problem, their lazy support team preferred to simply ban me and not give me my earned points. They want only data from you and will find any reason to not pay you at all!
Under DSAR, I emailed them to get full disclosure of my data that they had been sharing with their clients and even asked them to delete my data. After this point, they simply ignored me and didn’t respond to me at all. Any kind of robotic and copy-pasted reply that they put up here on Trustpilot is nothing but their public relation act. They are actually the scam artists!

Liars customer service
I wrote a comment about ignoring customer service's response to help me and remove all my tickets that I sent, so a customer service member from Lifepoints responded here inside the trustpilot site only and said I should send a new ticket and lifepointspanel customer service will respond to you,
- This is LifePoints Customer Service's response to my previous comment on the trustpilot website.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially as a long-time member.
LifePoints is a legitimate platform used by millions of members globally, and we take concerns regarding accounts and rewards seriously. Delays can sometimes occur due to account reviews or high support volumes, but we never intend to ignore our members.
We’d appreciate the chance to look into this further for you. Please submit a ticket through our Help Center and include reference “SITEREVIEW-TP” so our team can review your case and assist you directly.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.)
so three days ago I made a new ticket and its number is ( #10714863,) but they ignored my help and removed my ticket without a response. Is this honest customer service? This is the concern for the participating members. You have become a failure and a great mismanagement. I just want you to solve my problem, please.
When I created a ticket, this automatic response only responded to me to no avail

Absolutely disgusted by them. Did all the surveys to accumulate 2529 points on my account. I go to get my vouchers to be denied and my account closed with no explanation. Never again and I recommend you never to use them waste o my valuable time and effort.

I completed their surveys successfully and received 255 LifePoints. Nevertheless, when I wanted to browse the rewards catalog, I saw that the "Gift Card" section was entirely inaccessible. There was no other choice but to be forced into the mandatory "PayPal Link" circle.
I contacted their customer support with a request for a rational explanation of the above restriction. At first, they stated that they would "escalate" the issue, which means nothing more than ignoring it. Then, in several days, they emailed me saying that my account has been permanently *suspended due to non-compliance with their quality criteria*.
They did not provide any further explanation or proof of the statement; they claimed they needed to keep this issue confidential due to "security and integrity reasons". Essentially, they take advantage of your work and force you to participate in their surveys. And then, they suspend your account once you ask for reasonable compensation of your time and efforts.
It was necessary to explicitly state the involvement of the authorities in order to get rid of this fraudulent company. It is shameless, unprofessional, and very suspicious.

After a thorough review, I have confirmed your membership and/or participation did not meet our quality standards and your account has been suspended. I have been a contributor to Lifepoints for at least three or four years and in that time have completed hundreds of surveys successfully and honestly. I recently went on holidays and on my return had difficulty logging in, I asked for assistance but the problem seemed to rectify itself before help arrived and I tried to redeem some of my rewards but wasn't able to. I sought assistance to which the following reply was sent.
As a result, you are no longer able to participate in our LifePoints Community and all unused LifePoints (LP) are lost and outstanding redemption orders have been cancelled.
For security purposes, I am unable to provide specific details regarding the suspension or the criteria used in our security checks.
I understand this is not a favorable outcome for you, and it is not a decision we take lightly.
Over $125 lost with no valid explanation. Be Warned
You will find many comments on Reddit with the same experience
So they requested me to submit another ticket which I had already done and the response to that was.
Regrettably, as previously communicated, your account has been suspended due to your participation and/or membership not meeting the quality standards required by our panel.
This suspension is indefinite. For security reasons, we are unable to disclose specific details regarding the decision.
I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I assure you it was not made lightly.
However, this action is necessary to preserve the integrity of our panel and fulfill our commitments to our clients.
I would just like to know what I did wrong.
Just looking for the most appropriate Consumer Protection body to contact
I have now been reinstated, waiting to see what happens. Today June 3 it was about a week ago

SCAMMERS!! DON'T GO NEAR THESE AWFUL CRIMINALS . So many other members share the same experience as me . You earn a certain amount of points then out of the blue they suspend your account claiming didn't meet their quality standards without any explanation. They froze my earnings of £20 and wouldn't refund . They keep some members to look like their legitimate then profit out of the others .

It is absolutely disgusting, I am a verified member of PayPal and member of Lifepoints community since 5 years, all of a sudden suspended my account with no valid reason, and I even heard from my other cities friend too that they did the same. From 5 years I didn't violated any rules, now all of a sudden I got shocked. I want everybody to be aware from this Fraud site. I will report this matter to higher authorities also and highlight this abrupt disgusting trauma. My appeal to management to resolve my issue.

I’ve been a user of the platform for years. I’ve taken countless surveys and have always been paid for them. But last week, when I tried to redeem my reward and reached out to support for help, I was surprised to learn that my account had been suspended for failing to meet the company’s quality standards. I still don’t know what I did wrong. I’m getting vague answers and being treated with disregard, even though I’ve always followed the platform’s rules.
It’s a shame that a partnership that lasted for years has ended in such an unfair way.

LifePoints = Not Transparent, Not Truthful, Not Just.
I have been taking part in their surveys for quite some time. Out of nowhere, I am unable to access the site no matter the device that I use. I send an email, they say they will get back to me. I investigate over the weekend and find that there are many complaints regarding a pattern of blocking access to accounts with no explanation other than a suggestion to view the terms and conditions. Like several other reviews that I have read, I have not violated any rules. The site is not user friendly, not pleasing to the eyes, and the surveys routinely glitched out, not allowing me to complete surveys. I stuck with it because as I explained in my inquiry, I enjoy online surveys and using the rewards for my 5-year-old son's petty cash fund.
Camille responded to my inquiry earlier today, suggesting I view the terms and conditions, informing me that I will no longer have access and will not be allowed to redeem my remaining $10.00 worth of points.
The person who responded to my inquiry, informing me that someone would respond to me once the issue is looked into. knew this was just another, standard, theft that they would be committing. However, they needed time to appear as if there was actually some thought given to the situation. Thank you for upsetting my 5-year-old, LifePoints/Camille. Real class acts over there.
Do not waste your time on these thieves.

Now I have been notified that my account has been suspended. Sounds very familiar...
Signed up about 3 weeks ago. First there were plenty of surveys but for the last week and a half there has been nothing. Tried to redeem what little funds I had to my Paypal account which was the only option but I keep getting an error message that my Paypal account has not been verified. I am so angry with myself for wasting my time with this scam. BEWARE..
There are no issues with my Paypal account. I would like to use my Venmo account but the option listed on Lifepoint has been deactivated it seems.

First, you block accounts right before the first cash-out, and then you reply with a hollow, copy-pasted corporate essay about 'integrity and confidentiality.' What integrity? Stealing user earnings after making them grind through surveys for weeks? Your reply proves that you have no real explanation—just pre-typed excuses to cover up your scam. Pathetic service and even more pathetic support!

Reply from LifePoints
The estimated time that Lifepoints gives to complete each survey is at least half, but more likely closer to a third or even a fourth of the amount of time it actually takes to complete them. They need to either pay more per survey completion or be honest about how much time it actually takes to complete them - ideally both. The way it is currently set up means the payout really isn’t worth the time, even if you’re rushing to get through as fast as you can.

HORRIBLE site! They freeze your account and just say that you do not meet their guidelines or whatever, no reasonable explanation just take the money you earned by taking surveys. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
NOPE! I did NOT violate anything and if you can't tell me what I violated then obviously you are just removing people cause they make too much! SICKENING -
AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!!!!

After having hand surgery and not being able to complete surveys for a while, I tried to redeem my points which I had been saving up to redeem for a voucher. I had a good few points banked. Only I kept receiving an error message, I message support to be told my account has been suspended. I’ve only ever answered these surveys honestly and carefully. I know so many friends this has happened to also. It’s a disgrace. Just scamming people out of valuable time and earned points. I will be telling everyone I know not to sign up with this site and reporting to trading standards. I’ve spent hours doing surveys for them to now have nothing to show for it. No way to dispute it or defend yourself as they quite frankly are not interested. I stand by my word that I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong with the way I answer the surveys. I think it’s disgusting that they can just cancel your account and take all your points. Definitely avoid these scammers unless you also wanna waste hours of your spare time and have no reward at the end of it.
