Looks like Lifepoints is having a purge of longstanding contributors and confiscating balances. Happy to no longer be wasting my time though.
Despite the offer to "reach out", I doubt if that's from anyone who's ever tried to get a sensible response from Lifepoints' "Help centre".

Hello Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear how upsetting this situation has been for you, and we understand how disappointing it must feel to lose access to your account after investing your time and effort.
We genuinely appreciate your past participation and the opinions you have shared with us over time. If you reach out to us through our Help Center, quoting “SITEREVIEW-TP”, our team can review your account again and help clarify what happened.
We wish you all the best moving forward.
When I did this I got an email back saying we've closed your account please don't contact us again in quite a threatening manner.

Avoid like COVID. Used for a few months although an incredibly painful experience!!
I don't know why sites like this advertise as survey sites WHEN THEY NEVER HAVE ANY!!!!!!!
Then for no reason at all after emailing repeatedly I find out my account was suspended. No explanation, nothing!!??
They still owe me over 1000 points which they can quite simply choke on!!
Did me a favour and people do yourselves a favour and don't waste your precious time with this amateur rip off. Keep an eye out however as I suspect this rubbish LITTLE OUTFIT will at some point go out if business. Worthless experience 👍

So started fine in the first 2 weeks. Regular surveys and even managed a 5 pound PayPal payout... then they stopped sending surveys. I contacted them to let them know but no response. Then I tried to get my remaining point payout... and they cancelled my account. They said I did something wrong but everything was according to the rules. They stopped everything when I tried to payout. I asked for an explanation but they wouldn't give one. Fraudulent company with holding payouts and then cancelling you if you ask questions

I joined LifePoints on December 11, 2025. As someone who genuinely enjoys taking surveys, I was a loyal and honest user. I successfully redeemed rewards multiple times in the past. However, this company has changed and sunk to a shameless level just to save money.
# The Bait: A Fake "We Miss You" Bonus Email:
- On 3 Jun 2026 After a short period of inactivity, LifePoints sent me an email with the subject line: *"50 LP bonus just for you. Get it before it's too late."* Inside the email, it said:
> "Start a survey in the next 7 days and we'll give you a bonus 312 LP just to show how much you mean to our community... whatever the outcome."
# The Trap: Instant Account Ban and Hidden Rewards:
- On June 7, 2026, I logged in. To my surprise, my dashboard was filled with 10 to 12 surveys—something that had never happened before, as I usually only saw 1 to 3 surveys at most. I tried a survey. After answering the standard screening questions, the survey suddenly terminated. Immediately, all other available surveys vanished from my dashboard. Even worse, the entire Gift Card rewards section disappeared. In its place, a glaring message appeared:
> *"Looks like you need to link a PayPal account..."*
My question to LifePoints is simple: If you aren't a fraud, why did you choose to ban me right when I was about to collect those promised 312 points? Why didn't you do it earlier? The answer is clear. They are banning long-term users just to avoid paying them.
# Beware of the PayPal Trap - Protecting Your Sensitive Data:
- I strongly urge every user: **Do NOT link your PayPal account under any circumstances.** No other reputable survey company forces you to link PayPal by suddenly taking away your access to gift cards.
LifePoints’ entire business model revolves around selling user data to third-party clients. Here is their strategy:
1. They ban users or block gift cards to avoid paying out earned rewards.
2. They force you to link your PayPal account under the false pretense of "verification" or "payment."
3. Once you link it, they won’t pay you anyway, but they *will* collect your sensitive financial and personal data to sell for profit.
Do not be foolish enough to hand over your financial information to these thieves just for a few cents.
# Final Ultimatum:
To LifePoints: You can keep my 312 points. If a big company needs to beg and steal a small amount of points from a loyal user, you can have them as charity.
I am done with this corrupt platform for good. I have already raised an official ticket (**ID #10763445**) demanding the immediate and complete deletion of all my personal data. If LifePoints fails to delete my data or continues to share it with their clients, they will face strict legal consequences.
*Stay far away from this F* platform!*

In the last few weeks, this site has become a nightmare!! Had a purchase diary to fill out for the month of May worth 1500 points. Did it all the way through 5/30. On the 31st, the survey was closed out! I wasted 30 days on this. I sent a support ticket on 6/1, they told me "they are still looking into it". And also, I complete surveys with no problem but get no credit. And yes, I have contacted them. I gave them all the info on the survey; date, time, subject. They answered me asking for the survey number. I haven't been keeping a record of these many-numbered surveys; it's ridiculous to ask anyone to. The last response told me to give them the survey info I had, which I did. No response up till today. And to top it all off, today I did TWO surveys to completion with no credit, including the "Telco" monthly survey. What is up with this company? Were they sold? Never had many issues in the past; if I did, they were quickly fixed. Cannot recommend them now...

A con. Don't waste your time. You go to cash out and they won't pay. They get the numbers filling out surveys that they need, so use you, only to not pay what is owed. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

After a number of emails to Lifepoints to change my email address, I am no further ahead. I cannot log into my account now and have nearly 2200 points to redeem. I have lost faith in this company I think I have sent four emails explaining this,

Reply from LifePoints
LifePoint's panel has changed. You can't log-in half the time and you do surveys and don't receive your life points. I think after I clear up 2 problems with them, I will stop doing their surveys. Very disappointed. I want to add to this rating. Give it a one. I have been completing surveys and not getting my points. I just completed a Telco survey they I have been doing every month for over a year. I didn't get my point but got an error 404 message and I cannot log in. The Help team is not helping. I am disappointed in the LifePoint panel!

Had my rewards ! Told me out no reason cancel me , wouldn’t give me rewards . Horrible company for surveys

Scam. Don't waste your time.
I concur with most of the 1 and 2-star reviews here. They refused to redeem over 1000 points. At first, the online redemption function would not process my request. Hmmm, suspicious. After sending an email, they returned with a response telling me I didn't meet their standards, followed by a statement, "For security purposes, I am unable to provide specific details regarding the suspension or the criteria used in our security checks."
I am experienced with online survey providers - the two best continue to be Prolific and UserIVs - but LifePoints is a poor substitute.

I used to read all of Trustpilot's 1 star reviews calling LifePoints a scam, well I can officially report that they are all 100% TRUE.
Just to clarify, I AM NOT A NEW USER. I have been a member of LifePoints for 2-3 years, however they are definitely not what they were a few years ago, and LifePoints have now become a 100% Fraud company.
Here is exactly how they recently scammed me:
* 7th May, 2026: I completed a survey and had a total of 237 points on my account.
* After completing a survey I got busy with work but kept being spammed in my inbox with endless e-mails begging to complete surveys.
* 3rd June, 2026 (Yesterday): I finally found some time and signed into my account. There was then a load of available surveys, some up to 65 points, and 100 points.
* I then went and completed one that was worth 65 points and I had 302 points total.
However, after finishing this survey the other surveys then randomly disappeared! This is not a common thing to happen, this really seemed shady, and so after clicking around on my account for a bit longer I saw that they had completely removed the Gift Card reward section! My account was only left with a PayPal account forced on me!
I have just logged into my account now and there are no available surveys at all! LifePoints are tricking members into spending their time completing surveys to then take away there earnings.
This is a disgusting joke. Since LifePoints seem so greedy, wanting to grab members money and data, I have happy donated my 302 points to these greedy beggars LifePoints.

I asked as to why I could not redeem points/cash $10 through PayPal and they sent me an email saying I don’t fit their profile and deleted my account with no funds at all available for redemption!

Reply from LifePoints
Lifepoints is changed now. I am not able to redeem the rewards. First it forced me to open paypal account to redeem. I did that. Now LP team says my account is forefeited as I dont meet quality standards. Very strange that they realized this only after 5 years of my engagement with Life points. I am user from India and I raised ticket to understand why am I forced to open Paypal account? I got a reply after 15-20 days as above.
