It's not my fault you lost the package, I shouldn't have waited more than 1 month, I continued to wait 15 days, and you still haven't mailed it, causing me to miss the entire summer and even my birthday. I have asked for refund many times. When you came back from vacation, you didn't communicate with me about the solution, but mailed the rest of the clothes to me directly and the clothes I wanted were not included. Can you tell me,why i paid extra 35 euros shipping fee to buy the rest unnecessary things and wait for 2momths?
I don't think I'll buy again, the two purchases were terrible.

We sincerely apologized many times for the wrong color dress and, as informed by several replies to you, the 1st parcel was lost by PostNL or Iceland Post and we send a new parcel including the correct color dress, therefore the issues have been solved according to terms. The waiting time was needed so transport companies could investigate to check if parcel was indeed missing. After they confirmed it was missing, we send another parcel. It was also during our summer closing, however we managed to send many of our replies to you even during our summer closing. Also you did not pay anything extra. You placed 2 orders which have separate shipping costs. The extra parcel we send to you was not charged extra, and was shipped to you free of charge, we arranged shipping fee for you. Hope you still can enjoy your purchases and fully understand your frustrations and we thank you for your patience and kind understanding. Amazing!
Size 36 works well as short skirt for someone 165 cm tall :) the two shade pink pettiskirt is not as true as picture but the powder black and yellow pink are amazing!

Hello Katja, thank you very much for your order and review. Each customer receives an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order containing a link to a full invoice. Once the order is shipped the customer receives an email with tracking information as well as an SMS. Also the order confirmation brings you to your own order status page. Beside all that there is also the app you mention providing all info, so quite a lot of information is shared with customers. I think our emails have may ended up in your spamfolder. Time of delivery is provided on our website and also one the order has shipped the tracking info from f.e. Fedex will inform the delivery date. We hope you enjoy your purchase, regards
