Scarlett had been brilliant with me via emails
Was tempted to cancel my order due to a couple factors and Scarlett had reassured me as well as talked me through what other options there were
I feel the customer service was brilliant and I have used these guys before due to my right eye prescription being quite bad and needing a dedicated laboratory for my prescription for special types of frames (such as rimless frames)

I am a long-term mature customer
I am a long-term mature customer, who has found they turn round your replacement lens far quicker than the local opticians and better priced too. I have used the postal and personal visits to their labs and had the best of care. Post my next cataract operation it will be back to Lensology

Due to Royal Mail losing my parcel my item didn't get to Lensology for a number of weeks, thankfully the item turned up and Scarlett went above and beyond to assist and turn the item around in a timely manner, really good service!

Considering the low cost for new…
Considering the low cost for new lenses, I was very pleasantly surprised on the comms (I always knew where they were in the process), the speed and the quality of my glasses at the end. They placed new lens into my old frames. Frames came back in perfect condition. Many thanks!

Excellent service from start to finish. The communication was great from the very beginning, and I was kept regularly updated throughout the process.
When my glasses with the new lenses arrived, I was extremely impressed with the quality. The lenses were crystal clear, and I genuinely couldn’t even see the lens in front of me when wearing them. These were my first lenses from Lensology, and I opted for their top-tier option — and it really was top tier!
I’m considering trying one of the lower-tier options next time to bring the price down a little, and I’m hoping the quality difference isn’t too noticeable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Lensology.
