Excellent customer service with friendly helpful staff. I phoned Lemonpavillion as I had ordered a garden gate online yesterday and needed it delivered by the end of the week. I needn't have worried as they got it to me the next working day. The gate is excellent quality, great price with free delivery. The product arrived in good time and the delivery company was really helpful. The log store is of great quality and easy to assemble. My only gripe is the instructions only cover less than 6ft stores and I had to do a bit of guesswork but all good now. Will be buying another one next month.

Absolutely thrilled to have discovered this company. I searched all over for a Footstool decorated with Robins for my friends 60th birthday, I found exactly what I wanted on Lemon Pavilion at less than HALF the price of other retailers. I was a bit dubious for a start, thinking this can’t be genuine? But it was, the order process was simple and I was kept informed of its progress and it arrived within 4 days of ordering. It is very pretty and good quality.

The TV corner cabinet i ordered looked exactly as I expected it to look. Beautiful piece of furniture and delivered promptly. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Ordered a planter and took the option to “add four feet” to it. Planter arrived with three blocks of wood and instructions to fit them myself. I complained about this not being as described and they refused to pay for me to return them. I returned them at my own cost over two weeks ago and have had no refund and they have ignored three emails asking for an update. Awful customer service - I regret buying from them.
