Leathers Sofa world..

Lovely friendly people in the showroom and drivers who delivered to me where also friendly and helpful..i absolutely love my new sofa here’s to many years of comfortable seating..would definitely recommend Leather Sofa World for great quality and excellent value..

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company, they are despicable! Totally untrustworthy. They don't send you a receipt of payments nor confirmation of your order. They never honoured their contract to deliver the goods we ordered, nor did they make any arrangements for delivery. We contacted them by phone and by email over several months, without either a satisfactory response or delivery of goods. We had to cancel the order and request a refund of our deposit. However, they have been a nightmare to deal with, excuse after excuse for not providing a refund and even after making a formal complaint to the company, we still do not have our refund. They refuse to give out details of their finance department saying they do not have any details available to customers regarding their finance department. This company is a total scam. If anything goes wrong with the contract, BE WARNED!!!

Excellent customer service by sofa leather world, great customer service, super fast delivery, we were not at home , didn't picked up the phone , drivers was so good ,they waited for us long time , both drivers were super good . Thank you so much ....
