Lee fitted flooring in our living room and conservatory today, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The flooring looks absolutely brilliant, and the quality of his work is excellent.
Lee was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the day. He even offered to help us bring in some boxes, which was greatly appreciated. He also cleaned up thoroughly after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy once the job was completed.
We're extremely pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for flooring work. Thank you, Lee!

So easy from start to finish
I hate shopping with a passion so I’d rather watch the grass grow than go out looking for carpets! An advert popped up on Facebook for Lazy Carpets so I clicked on the link. Within an hour I had a phone call and an appointment for a visit was booked. Kerry, who came to visit me, was lovely. Very friendly and chatty. She measured up and gave me several books of carpets to choose from. No need to go shopping, winner winner! I chose my carpet and she asked if I wanted to pay cash or finance. Didn't know that was an option. I chose cash but the finance facility is a great option for people who need it. Had regular phone calls updating me on the status of my carpet. This Monday was fitting day. The fitter called half an hour in advance. He arrived on time. What a lovely guy. Very friendly and respectful of my property. Even had a bit of banter with him. He did a fantastic job and was very tidy. Overall, I’m made up with the service I received. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you all

First class service.
Couldn’t be happier with our new carpet. The sales guys that visited were knowledgeable and helpful and all our requests were catered for. The fitters contacted us on the morning and the whole experience was professional and neat and tidy. Furniture moved was in the quote and the old carpet was bagged up and i took to tip same day. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lazy Carpets and frankly regret choosing them. What was promised during the sales process was not delivered at all. I was clearly told that once the job was completed, the old carpets would be cut into smaller pieces and bagged, but this was simply ignored and everything was left behind. On top of that, the overall standard of work was poor — most concerningly, nails were left scattered across the floor, creating a serious safety hazard. As someone with two young children at home, this is completely unacceptable. There were a lot of other issues and verall, the service delivered was completely different from what was explained at the start. It feels like the sales process was misleading, as the reality of the work fell far below expectations. To make matters worse, after raising these issues, I have received no response at all, which shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.
This has been a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice.
