Appaling service.
It took 6 months for this joke of a practice to handle our simple, straight-forward first time buyers’ conveyance.
Communication was appaling, delays never explained, complaints swiped under the rug.
We dealt mostly with a « trainee » who was rude and never cared to inform us on delays.
They ignored half of our emails, and most of the emails of our real estate agent when we begged for explanation on delays in the process.
It has been an absolute ordeal from beginning to end, we held our breathe for 6 months because of their incompetence.
The joyful process of buying our first home turned into the most nerve-wrecking experience because of them.
Rude, careless, poor communication.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I had a disappointing experience with Praveen Mathew while seeking help with purchasing my first home. After I provided my bank statements, I felt the approach became overly intrusive, with excessive questioning that made the process confusing and uncomfortable. I also found his communication style to be unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. Due to this, I decided to find another solicitor, and thankfully, the rest of the process went smoothly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Praveen Mathew.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with Mr. Praveen Mathew, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional in his communication. I felt completely disrespected and dissatisfied with the interaction. It was clear the focus was more on money than genuinely helping a customer. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Very disappointing and unfortunate experience.

The worst solicitors I’ve ever dealt with. What should have been a simple process, has been unnecessarily dragged out for months and months with extremely poor communication. This doesn’t even deserve the one star.

Praveen Mathew was extremely helpful in updating us at every stage of the process. His consistent communication kept us well-informed from the initial viewing all the way through to the key handover.
