Scammers. Stay away from them!!!!! Since 1 week my transaction is frozen! Their customer support is a disaster! Nobody answers. This is my TxID: a0712643-57a8-4790-9883-d2c317a2d139 , is $GLC coin which is stuck into their ecosystem. Nobody will help you.

They don’t respond to messages when trying to transfer coins you don’t receive the sms message. Their service is pathetic and we have a lot of coins in the exchange that has value

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a cryptocurrency exchange.

LATOKEN is still withholding my Bitcoin withdrawal and has provided no meaningful response from a real human representative.

I requested the withdrawal on 1 July 2026 at 18:17:44.

LATOKEN deducted the BTC from my account and charged the withdrawal fee, but the funds were never received at my external wallet. There is still no valid Bitcoin transaction hash, which strongly indicates that the withdrawal was never broadcast to the Bitcoin network.

I have contacted support repeatedly and supplied everything they requested, including wallet details, screenshots, transaction records, dates, timestamps, account information, and blockchain evidence.

Despite this, I have received no proper explanation, no completed withdrawal, no refund to my LATOKEN balance, and no meaningful response from a human agent.

Their so-called Live Support appears to consist mainly of automated replies that repeat the same questions and fail to resolve anything. Even after several urgent notices, LATOKEN continues to retain control of my BTC while denying me access to it.

This is not a minor customer-service problem. A cryptocurrency exchange preventing a customer from withdrawing their own funds, charging a fee, providing no transaction hash, and then refusing to communicate is an extremely serious financial matter.

I have now submitted the full documentation to the police and the FBI regarding suspected online fraud and the withholding of my cryptocurrency. The case has also been escalated through legal, regulatory, consumer-protection, cybercrime, and public-review channels.

All evidence has been preserved, including:

Account screenshots
Withdrawal details
Wallet addresses
Blockchain records
Support tickets
Automated responses
Dates and timestamps
Evidence that no BTC transaction was sent

LATOKEN has had more than enough time and numerous opportunities to resolve this situation. They only need to either send the BTC and provide a valid transaction hash or cancel the withdrawal and restore the full amount, including the fee, to my available balance.

They have done neither.

Based on my experience, I do not consider LATOKEN a safe or trustworthy platform for holding cryptocurrency. I strongly warn other users not to deposit funds unless they are prepared to risk losing access to their money and receiving no meaningful human support.

I will continue updating this review and publishing the documented evidence until LATOKEN releases my BTC.

It’s been nearly a year now that I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from Latoken, but customer support almost never responds. At first, I thought the support team was understaffed and unable to handle requests in a timely manner, but now, after four useless responses in nearly a year, I’m absolutely certain that their goal is to SCAM users.

If you have funds on this platform, withdraw them immediately. If you can't — you're not alone.

​"Total scam and fraud. My Ticket #383159 regarding a 43.46 HTL backend error was reviewed by support. The agent explicitly promised a manual balance correction and forced me to send my husband's ID and selfie verification. After successfully verifying the photos and claiming the issue was 'fully settled', my balance remains 0 HTL and my transaction history is empty since April 14th. Now, support is ignoring all my live chat messages and emails. They used false promises just to steal personal identity data and withhold user assets! Avoid this exchange at all costs!"

Latoken is holding my 1,000 XRP withdrawal hostage since April 20, 2026. The transaction has been stuck in 'Checking...' status for 8 days with NO TxHash generated. This is not a network issue; they are intentionally refusing to broadcast the transaction.

Support is completely useless. They lie about fixing '2FA issues' to buy time, but they do nothing. They merged my tickets into #383249 and stopped responding.
If you have funds on Latoken, withdraw them immediately before it's too late. I will update this review if they ever release my money, but right now, it looks like a scam.
Total proof of fraud: On April 14, I sold 1,000 XRP for 1,038 USDT. The order is 'Filled', but the USDT NEVER appeared in my wallet. On April 20, I tried to withdraw another 1,000 XRP to Binance, which is stuck in 'Checking' for 9 days now. They are stealing both my trading profits and my original deposits. Ticket #383249 is a black hole.

It’s actually bad and kind of frustrating. For over two weeks have been trying to withdraw my eth and USDT from latoken it’s not coming through. I have written several messages to the agent nobody has responded to me. Please I need an urgent response immediately.

My assets have been frozen for more than 8 months without any justification. All documents were provided months ago. No answers. Formal legal notice was ignored 15 days ago.

I wrote I like the platform and all the pairings but also I had a problem and there was no communication anymore.
After my review LaToken asked me for my name and some data.
Then I've got a mail very fast, they say they were proceeding to solve the problem.
Now just a few days later I got a mail it's solved with specification included.

The communication was not good like I said but they did what they said so my review is positive.

The most shocking part: Their Compliance Team officially lied to the Estonian FIU, claiming they had already released my funds, while my dashboard still shows 'CHECKING'. They are providing false information to government authorities to cover up their crimes.

I have already reported them to the Estonian Police (Politsei) and FIU. Their license FVR001030 is under investigation for organized fraud. Stay away if you don't want to lose your money. They are liars, scammers, and thieves!"

Holding 3,500 USDT hostage, giving fake TxHash, account

I have seen many bad reviews about this platform and it is very bad that the law enforcement agencies don't do anything to stop them. I'm just happy I recover my investment of $23,450 filed a complaint. Don't fall victim. I would suggest you take your money somewhere else. Seek help if you can.

I am writing this review as a last resort. My fully verified account has been frozen since early November 2025 without any explanation.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this via email and X (Twitter), I have experienced a complete lack of professional support. On December 16, 2025, I was officially promised a "detailed action plan" within 24 hours by a Senior Compliance Agent (Ticket №375006). It is now January 14, 2026, and I have still not received any response or resolution.
This is an unacceptable way to handle customer assets. I have followed all KYC/verification procedures, yet my funds are being withheld without any communication. I demand an immediate review of Ticket №375006 and the restoration of my account access.
Potential users should be aware that support may go silent for months if your funds are frozen.

My LATOKEN account has been blocked for several months due to KYC verification.
All requested documents (payslip and bank statement) were submitted on 14 November.
Despite multiple tickets and escalations (#361108, #372923), I have not received any human response.

BTC withdrawal blocked for over 5 months – No TXID

My BTC withdrawal of 0.106689 BTC requested on August 13, 2025 has NO TXID and was never broadcasted to the blockchain.
The funds remain fully under LATOKEN’s control.

Despite multiple tickets (#360964, #375246 merged), formal escalation and a pre-legal notice, LATOKEN has provided no resolution.

This is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate cancellation of the withdrawal and restoration of my BTC balance.
