Yet another victim of this company. It all looks legit up front, ordered a battery, money taken, and then it sits for days on their website as 'Processing'.
Contact doesn't work, emails are not answered, chat option doesn't work, there's no telephone number to call. Had to raise it with PayPal, but of course that takes 14 days..........
Chances of my goods turning up....slim

I strongly advise against buying from this company. I purchased a MacBook charger, which initially took a long time to arrive, then when it did, turned out to be a fake. It lasted just 6 months before completely breaking, after several months of overheating.
I contacted the sellers to ask for a refund or replacement but they said I had to pay £15 for return shipping to china - the original charger only cost me £20.48.
They also then had the cheek to tell me I had to lie on the customs form so they didn't have to pay import tax on it.
Super dodgy company, selling crappy products. Please please avoid them.

Scam
Scam! They sent me the wrong laptop charger and wanted me to return it to China without upfront P&P costs.
When I returned it to their Birmingham address, the Royal Mail returned it to me as the address was 'inaccessible'.
I checked the address and it does not exist as a legitimate Royal Mail legitimate postcode.
This is their bogus UK address BTW:

PS Be aware of other similar websites with the same Chinese return address.

SCAMMERS
Ordered a Bose speaker battery from them and paid by Paypal £36.99. After 3 weeks they emailed to say the part was out of stock!
They offered a refund but only refunded £36.90. When I complained they said it was for advertising costs!
Going through Paypal now for the remainder.
These people should not be allowed to trade in UK. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THEM.

Tricksters
Ordered a 180W genuine Dell PSU. Received a generic 150W PSU.
Wish I'd checked their online feedback beforehand, as it seems that is a common experience with this supplier. Similarly, their response to my request for a replacement appears to be their normal practice - they demanded a photo of my laptop! What does that have to do with them having supplied a product different to the one specified?
I think they're just hoping to drag things out so the period for lodging a Paypal dispute expires.
Ordered a replacement from a different supplier as this was going nowhere and I needed to run my laptop - the correct model arrived next day and was the same price.
