Shockingly poor customer service *resolved*
Put an item on pre-order 4 months ago (due to release the month later) and have no update on it's expected shipping date or any contact from the company at all. I found out it's been shifted back 3 times (without any notification) due to a small string of text on the website for the item. Equally, have had absolutely no luck contacting customer support.
I've ordered an item (that was in stock and available) before and had no issues at all with them, so I really don't know what's going on, but I likely won't be buying from them again.
Edit: Unsure if this'll reflect. But after an EXTREMELY quick reply upon leaving a prior review, the issue has been resolved in record time. I'm not going to start disagreeing with things that were said, but I do appreciate the speed at which the complaint was addressed. So thank you, updated to 3* as I'm still in the middle of the road of using the service in future. Just something for everyone to keep in mind.

We have used Facebook, Instagram and our website to try and keep everyone up to date with shipping times. Taiwan in particular has been a nightmare to get a booking on to ships, the ships loaded, docked here, unloaded and then shipped to us. We agree wholeheartedly that the delays have been rubbish but unfortunately there was no way we could speed this up. I am unsure the exact item you have ordered but most shipments were meant to have a rescheduled delivery date for before Christmas (our busy time of year). Once Omicron hit the delays just stacked and stacked after that. One of our latest ships for Krytac docked the 10th of January (after it was ready in September but we couldn't get it picked up) and we've been told it should be with us finally on Monday the 24th.
As for contact, anyone who calls or emails gets and answer as quickly as possible, and although that answer has slipped backwards, they do get answered. It may be worth checking your spam filter for the emails.
As always if you are unhappy we can refund your order although we would much rather see the wee smile on your face when you get your item you waited so long for.
Apologies the world is a toilet just now, but we are trying our very best.

We are at the mercy of the distributor and shipping agents I'm afraid.
All of the shop sin Europe have to buy from the same distributor (Cybergun), and they have not given any great updates until very recently.
We have a number on the way to us from them now, we will fulfill oldest orders first, the balance of our order should only be a matter of days behind that.
All of the retail shops such as us should receive the P90's at around the same time.
Can you please confirm this should be cancelled and refunded, as you may not be able to re-order.

Rude customer service
I’ve spent a lot of money at LWA due to generally having good stock, but unfortunately the customer service stinks. Very brash and rude replies to emails, and clearly don’t care about their reputation or keeping customers. So now, my money is being spent elsewhere.
As for the reply below. This was pre-ordered back in October 2021 with a delay until now Jan 2022. At the time all Umarex pre-orders from Umarex themselves or other companies were First Editions which I will add isn’t just a laser Etching on the slide, but a genuine Glock case and other sized blackstraps for a custom fit.
Those other companies supplied their customers with First Editions back in November and December but I’ll take your point about your supply.
As you can see, my initial review was actually about the customer service and tone of emails but never mind.

Checking through your emails you were disappointed as you thought the Glocks were first editions. As stated in the email unfortunately we did not have the first edition made available to us, they are also a different product code. This was reflected on our website and the information was accurately showing so. Apologies if you feel this is unfair but at no point had we indicated the product you purchased was the first edition version (which is only really a laser engraved slide anyway).
