I had a terrible experience with this company regarding an order of lights that unfortunately did not match my fittings as I misread the description provided. I had to return the item and incurred £4.50 in postage and an additional £3.50 for the return. In total, I ended up spending £8 without being able to use the product.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, I found the initial customer service response rather lacking in empathy. The guy called Martin mentioned that they receive around 20 orders per day for these items in his very first response, which felt somewhat dismissive given the situation.

In hindsight, I realised that ordering from a more established retailer like Amazon might have provided a smoother experience, with better return options and support. Only to save £2 per light, it’s not worth it!!!

Lastly, the return wasn’t easy! Royal Mail said the item was delivered on the 24th and Martin kept saying until the 29th that we have not received the item. Once I shared the screenshot of Royal Mail, he issued the refund and said the parcel was with our neighbour. What sort of business that sells 20 orders for one item each day gets their parcels delivered to neighbours and makes their customers wait for the refund?!!! He was trying his best for me to give up on the refund clearly, so they don’t have to issue the refund.

So happy. Got my light bulbs and tubes (some semi discontinued sizes) fast and at a fair price. My house is light and bright. Happy customer

My order was for a small quantity of downlighter bulbs. Ordering was quick and easy. Arrived very promptly. Good quality and exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again.

Really poor experience. Ordered a light on the 23rd of August that was showing in stock, after a couple of weeks I made contact as hadn’t had delivery, was told they didn’t have any and would be getting more the week after. A further couple of weeks past and still no delivery or communication so contacted them again, still don’t have them in stock and don’t have a date they are expecting them. Left it another two weeks and still the same so cancelled the order for a refund, their website is still showing the item is in stock.

I could get items here that I couldn't obtain elsewhere and the service is excellent. Everything is well packaged, too.
Just replaced my old MFI style under-cabinet strip lights - very pleased.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - LOADS OF OTHER REPUTABLE, GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE! I am not the only one as returns are marked "Difficult"!

Sent wrong item, knowing it was unavailable. He was arrogant and rude. Clearly hates customers and not interested in customer service.

Will no doubt reply how everything was obvious and not his fault..... BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. I think they believe they have never got it wrong!

Martin readily available to advise on purchases and answer queries. My only concern is that I was told two purchases would be amalgamated to save the delivery charge on the second, but I did not get the £7.95 refund promised

Ordering online is so easy .I did ring the company to check i was ordering the right item .the person I spoke to was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

L2U-0524-192158 sent an email requesting a return on 1 of the 3 lights due to a fault and they did not reply. slow dispatch time as well.

Wide range of products including a bulb that I was looking for - specifically a daylight bulb for crafting/painting etc. There was an issue with Royal Mail which led to some communication but they were really helpful and keen to sort it out. Highly recommend!
