The website is so smooth to navigate that puts the competition to shame.
The range of chairs is so wide that I kept asking myself why I didn't come here in the first place and wasted my time to others.
The quality of the chair we got, is well beyond our expectations. Well worth the price, and much more than that. Evidence they choose well what they sell and pay great attention to quality, comfort and ergonomics.
Delivery by DPD, the Cream de la Creme of UK's Couriers, so happy they wont cut any corners.
I can only say, I will be back!

Wasn’t the greatest experience, chrome on the chair legs is damaged/scratched. I had no idea who the company was doing the delivery. Not helpful when you have more than one item being delivered and OFS became a different company DSO Ltd, therefore any messages from them especially as the furniture was delayed and I thought the messages were spam…..

These barstools are great and really good value. There is another company who sell Lakeland Furniture but at an inflated price which works out at 2 for the price of 3! Lakeland should stop supplying such ripoff middle men.

Would highly recommend this company. We bought bar stools which are excellent quality especially for the price paid.
There was an issue when building one of the stools but after emailing the company in the late afternoon they arranged a collection and replacement which arrived before lunchtime the following day. Fantastic customer service.

Bar stools are lovely. Arrived on time. There was a slight issue with one of the stools. I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent out the following day and the damged one was collected. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. The bar stools were too big for the space so I was offered an exchange at no extra cost. They collected the ones I purchased and sent new ones within a day of me advising of my problem. Lisa was really helpful. Definitely recommend 👍
