The first chair that arrived was damaged but I think that was probably in transit. Upon reporting it by e mail, I had a response within 10 minutes and a new chair within 3 days. Brilliant after sales service. The chair is very comfy and looks good in our office too.

One of the best online experiences I have had for a long while.
I bought Breakfast bar stools, delivery was only a couple of days and communication was excellent.
I did have a small problem as one of the stools was sent with the wrong colour legs. This was rectified efficiently with no fuss and sent out on next day delivery.
I would highly recommend this company, and I will use again myself.

I returned an item to Lakeland by courier of which they organised . The item was picked up and I had a call from one of their staff called Julie C in the customer service dept . Horrendous …
At first service great ordered again but I ordered wrong item.
Contacted them responded straight away and I asked for a possible return and exchange they asked me for

I have emailed and emailed for over 3 weeks now and
Nobody is even responding now I have even contacted different addresses on the website. Absolutely nothing. Terrible experience and I’m still stuck with an item that is too tall for my set!
I just want a simple return and exchange.
I have since my post received emails requesting postcode and exchange item information I have now provided this information 13 times and again received another request for my postcode information this morning. Every time the email to me says they have not received a reply from me. It’s an absolute joke
I have provided my order number, my postcode and contacted the help desk email with all information yet still this goes on it’s absolutely customer service at its absolute worst.
I have now responded for the 13th time with my postcode again, not sure where all my personal details is going ??? No longer want an exchange juat collection of item and refund.
I will be Escalating to trading standards and request submitting a subject access report independently under the data protection act. .

I’ve checked our ticketing system and can confirm that emails were sent to you on 19th June, 10th July, and 11th July requesting the necessary details to process your exchange. Unfortunately, we’ve not received any replies to those messages. If you have indeed replied 13 times as you mentioned, then there must be a technical issue preventing your emails from reaching us that i will look into— and for that, I sincerely apologise.
Please note that our office is closed over the weekend, which is why you may not have received a response just yet. We reopen on Monday, and someone from our Support Office will contact you directly to arrange either an exchange or a collection and refund, as per your latest request.
We fully understand how disappointing this situation has been and are committed to resolving it as a priority once our team is back in.

It is extremely comfortable and a great design. If we had room, I would buy another.
