Great Service & Comfy Slides
Super responsive, they had run out of stock of slippers in the size I had ordered. I missed the email as it went to junk and when I contacted them and told them I really needed them for a special occasion they sent them out next day! All in all really ensured the bridal party had ultimate comfort on my wedding morning.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Everything! Quality, unique and of course fashionable items stand out from others. Packaging and delivery also are 5 star. Im a regular customer and also, unlike other high end fashion places, there are discounts offered being on their mailing list.

What can i say other than what a great…
What can i say other than what a great company. I ordered a pair of Sandals, they came promptly. They came well packaged, beautifully presented in an organza bag. Free surprise gifts included too. The quality and comfort are amazing. Right away i placed another order and again same as above in all aspects. I have just placed my 3 order with them.
Customer services are lovely too.
I am not one to normally leave reviews but credit where credits us due in this case.

Excellent Customer Service
I had been gifted some brooch slippers for my birthday and I contacted Laines to ask if I could buy replacement beads on one of the brooches, as I was aware I didn't have proof of purchase for them. I sent over a picture to show which beads I needed to replace, they quickly responded and instead offered me a full replacement brooch with no charge at all!

Love the product. Shipping package falls short
For the second time, the slippers are a big hit, but they took several over the course of the shipment due to the flimsy Laines London packaging. For the second time, the box arrived opened, the tape unable to hold through the trip, the slippers not wrapped in anything that cushions them. Both times, the kind delivery man apologizing that the box arrived this way and he wanted to make sure nothing was damaged. The broaches survived, but by chance. I do expect US customs will inspect so that's all the more reason to provide the prettiest slippers ever w more protection enroute.
