Lahana recently had a sample sale.
When the sale went live, Lahana advertised on their Instagram story that certain sample items were on sale for $29. I saw this post and went to their website to purchase some items, only to find the same items were about double the price advertised ($49). I contacted Lahana via Instagram message, who admitted fault and told me their web team were working on a solution. I unfortunately missed out on purchasing items in my size while waiting for the prices to be updated. Lahana do not seem to care about this- I contacted their team again, and was basically told 'tough titties', then encouraged to buy something else.
Really sad when a brand which was once customer focused becomes too big for their boots, and only cares about $$$. I had previously been shopping with Lahana for years. I posted the above as a comment on the most recent Lahana Instagram post at the time, and found hours later Lahana had deleted the entire post! Yikes. Buyer beware!!

10/10 customer service, especially from Lara in the Customer Services team. I accidentally ordered the wrong item (2 bottoms instead of 1 bottom and 1 top) and she brought it to my attention and asked if i wanted to swap one bottom for a top. They could have so easily ignored the mistake but they didn't. So thank you!! And the swimwear itself is amazing, and i can't wait for it to be summer time!

The absolute loveliest team of people. I realised after ordering that I accidentally ordered the top in a set instead of the bottoms I wanted. I emailed the customer service team and they almost immediately replied and said they swapped the top out for the bottoms and they speak like real lovely people instead of robots - was so nice getting their help and chatting with them. Excited for the bikinis to arrive!!

Great customer service which is what you want and expect. Very impressed with the material of the bikini I ordered just unfortunately didn’t fit the way I wanted but will definitely order from them again in future. Thank you

Everyone has their own troubles but sometimes all it takes is one small interaction of kindness and understanding to change your day.. Brittany, Lara and the Lahana team are nothing but love and support. I made a mistake and they didn’t need to help me but they did and in such a speedy manner too! If a company could give best friend vibes, lahana would be it. Also the print and the fabric are just friggin dreams! So much love for businesses and humans like you <3 Thank you endlessly.

Lahana is by far my favourite bikini brand, the fits are amazing and the material is of great quality! Love the high-waisted vintage vibe.
The sizes run a bit bigger so even measuring I always go one size smaller especially for the bottom part. I'm normally a size 6/7/8 (S) AU and always get the XS

Lahana customer service is amazing. Quick helpful and not frustrating whatsoever. This is what you want when you are investing in anything

I’ve just recently bought from lahana swim.
I had a little issue with the bikini bottoms I bought had started to unravel. However, I contacted them and their customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Super friendly, very quick and they even allowed me to have it replaced with a smaller size and they didn’t make me send the original product back either. The colour was perfect and quality is amazing. Will be buying from them again. A great team and a great business. I also love that they are conscious about their carbon footprint. Overall a v positive experience.

Beautiful products and lovely customer service! I did require a size change but the team at Lahana were very helpful and the exchange process was more than easy.

Had an issue with my swimsuit and customer service was amazing. They were very kind and gave me 3 options to choose from to solve my issue. I was so happy to get a replacement suit. The swimsuit is very good quality and extremely flattering. Can't wait to wear my suit!

I waited for my order to be received to post a full review of my full exeprience with Lahana. <3
1- Customer service is outstanding : i needed to make some adjustments and they were able to do so in a blink of an eye. The definition of responsive, caring, and professional ! Probably an example of the perfect team. All this knowing theres a huge time difference etc.
2- I was too excited for my order and used fast delivery : received it Earlier than expected through DHL, since my order was quickly prepared by Lahana and shipped. Literally, i had made a local order in my country before this one and received it the same day as my Lahana Order from across the world.
3- The best part : the beautiful swimwear . It’s the first time I order so was hesitant about the size and styles , but all worked out in the end. They are perfect!! Triangle may need to size up ( depends on personal preference). Now I have a clearer idea on how the sizes come. I ordered 8 pieces( 4 pairs) and absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to wear and post .
4- Impressed by how much care also goes to sustainability, knowing that many brands like to use it as a marketing tool , not the case here. From packaging to material .
5- Just happy when something is made with care and passion . It makes the customer experience exceptional.

Totally worth it !!
