Best customer service ive experienced from any brand by far! I accidentally ordered two pairs of bottoms during black Friday sales- one size Small and One Extra Small 🫠 i was so annoyed at myself but didnt I didn't think I'd have much of a shot cancelling my order ( based on previous experience with other brands). Since it was final sale I thought I would send an email to see if they could cancel the Small size from the order to save me throwing out a pair of perfectly good bottoms!
In the meantime I bought the matching top to go with it.
I received an email the very next day from a team member named Lara advising that she had found my second order (which I didn't even tell them about) and combined the two, saving me paying for two lots of shipping as well 🥰 I work in customer experience and was so impressed at how easy this was made for me, and how nice they were about it - something a lot of brands fail to deliver on. Thank you so much! 💓

Amazing customer care team - I purchased a bikini during Black Friday sales and had accidentally added 2 x bikini tops to my cart and checked out. The team LA team emailed to clarify the order and corrected it to a bikini top & bottom. Bless! Absolute angels saving the day, I would have been so sad to have received 2 bikini tips and no buttons, albeit my own fault.
100% recommend this brand. I also have purchased many items from LA before and absolute love every piece and always receive compliments on how beautiful and cute they are 👏👏🤍🤍

Super disappointed as I have previously loved Lahana swimwear, I ordered some basic black minimal Brazilian bottoms and within wearing them twice the gold plate at the back has already unstitched. I was unable to return them and only offered a little discount

I USED to love lahana until they kept increasing the prices. Their new collection.. it’s $100 USD for a single top and $90 USD for bottom

Also.. Lahana is WORSE quality as blackbough swim. Go with blackbough, better quality for half the costs.

If you want designer, go with myraswim, cus their bikinis are actually amazing quality

ALSO USA SHOPPERS, they charge us WAY MORE than their own country. Ridiculous and appalling

Amazing togs! Had to return my first pair as I didn’t like the look of them on me and they sent the second pair through even when my first were still in my hand! Very trustworthy and prompt!

Is there a better word than ‘excellent’? I placed an order from South Africa, not realising that AusPost would use South African Post as the courier service once the package reached South Africa. Let’s just say that if SA Post had to be rated out of 5, ALL South Africans would give it -100! Lahana customer service, specifically Lara from the team, was the only thing that kept my stress levels low whilst my package was in the hands of SA Post, she contacted AusPost for me and got the details of my package including how to track it from SA Post. It’s safe to say that I will make alternative plans when ordering from Lahana again so that I don’t have to deal with the disappointment of SA Post. I can’t wait to start building a collection of Lahana swimwear as part of my wardrobe!

Excellent customer service, good quality

I purchased from this brand years ago when they first opened and was obsessed. I recently bought the Amara pink bikini set, biker shorts (pink and blue) with the matching tops and cannot explain enough how in love with everything I am. From the quality to all the compliments I get when I wear them!!!

Hoping more colours get released in the biker shorts and Amara bikini !!!

I am not happy with my purchase at all. I also spent the money on buying two pairs :( the quality of the top is so bad and sits on the body in a weird way. I have an obsession with swimmers but these are not what I thought they would be at all!

Lahana are the only swimmers I’ll buy. I recently ordered the new bikini from the latest drop and after trying it on I went pack and purchased in all the colours. By far the most inclusive and best fit I’ve found.

Lahana makes my favorite bikinis 🤭! Love them!
