I am beyond thrilled with the service and my purchase!
After searching for this bag since February 2023, I finally found it here – brand new 😭💕.
The team is incredibly professional, helpful, and unbelievably fast.
I do have two suggestions for improvement:
1. It would be great to offer online payment options, like PayPal, instead of just bank transfers. As someone outside Europe, this would have made the process much easier.
2. Including duty and import fees in the original payment would simplify the overall experience.
Other than that, they are absolutely fantastic 👏🏼!
