Payout is terrible
When you manage to win, payout is very fast and easy provided you are who you say you are.
Here is the problem: The payout on the slots is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I like Kwiff in term of how their app performs and promotions etc but I would like to give some constructive feedback re their sports offering. I like to bet on tennis and darts (as well as football) and there arent as many markets for these sports as with some other bookies, also there was a fairly big Eurotour darts event on this weekend and Kwiff werent down with prices until just a few hours before the event started whereas most other firms had them available yesterday. I would have placed my bets here but I wasnt sure if they were going to cover the event so I bet with someone else. But aprt from that they are an improving operator

Hello again and thanks for that extra information. We've found your account and can see your activity here.
We can see you're playing some of the most volatile slot games in the library - the Big Bass series are renowned for this mechanic. That does mean that wins are rarer but tend to be larger in size than other games which have less "dead spins", a greater chance of winning and average lower returns.

Hello Geoff, please see our reply on one of your previous reviews. Just a note that leaving multiple reviews doesn't achieve anything - it has no impact on our trustscore and only makes it more difficult to assist.
