Literally the worst site... I've closed this site down, the payout rates are disgusting. It's frequent that you can play £10/20 on 20ps and get no win at all nevermind a bonus or popup. Some games almost completely remove bonuses so they're near impossible to get, and the rate of bonus or pop up teases are through the roof. I frequently get absurd things happening like 5 pop up teases in a row? Any experienced slot player will know this is near impossible and yet it happens here. I'm sorry but it just screams dodgy. Avoid. Been 2 days now and still waiting on withdrawal please stay away from this casino I'm on many sites and this is by far the closest site to a scam j have ever came across. Asking for proof of payment and all sorts of things delaying things as much as possible. Made a deposit via instant bank transfer today .

The funds left my bank account and were received by kwiff. They said I need to wait 48 hours to see if the money is returned to my bank as they have not received the funds.

I showed them evidence from my bank in regards of a payment trace showing they have received the funds and also a transaction id and authorisation code.

The worker was clueless and kept telling me it could be in pending status . Even when I pointed out what he is saying can happen with a card payment and not a bank transfer.

He then told me to wait 48 hours.

Absolute ridiculous behaviour from kwiff and i still have not had my £100 deposited credited to my kwiff account or refunded.

I look forward to the ai reply from kwiff.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have sent 3 emails and not a single email has had a reply. So talking off trust pilot is almost impossible.

I have been a kwiff user for years making a total of £13261 deposits and a net loss of £4513. And hundreds of deposits and withdrawals in which kwiff never questioned.

Also for people reading there live chat had on numerous occasions denied they recived the funds, they then proceeded to tell me it will be instantly refunded despite me telling them the protocol they are talking about is for debit cards . THE ONLY reason they are saying that the funds has been recived is because the bank contacted there third party payment provider who confirmed that kwiff recived it on the Saturday 29th.

If you email me I am happy to talk away from trust pilot.

I had £2410 in my account and as i used my wifes card which she allowed me to use they did the verification asked for bank statements which were provided and after that they closed my account permanently and kept the money and said they wont give it back. I will now take this further as this is not fair if they want to close my account thats fine but they need to return my money.
