I am a customer at ambassador level and have been for a while however I shall stop purchasing as they break there own rules on the terms and conditions for the loyalty vouchers so just no point in been a member
Emails back and forth and they don’t have a clue of there terms
Just not worth it and only purchase if you absolutely really want the item
Loyalty doesn’t pay with this company

I love the shoes but the sandals are too large due to the style - so they fit but as they are sliders and the style I would have been better off with a smaller size. Which one wouldn't know until walking for a length of time rather than just trying on in the house. It's a shame because they are beautiful. Perhaps a detail of this on the item would be useful as I won't be able to return them now and it's a fair chunk of moneys.

I’ve been waiting from some shoes to come into stock which they did and I ordered them only to then find out that shoeaholics had got them in again but they were offering 25% off?? I asked for the same discount but they wouldn’t so I tried to cancel the order but they said they couldn’t even though they hadn’t been dispatched? I had to receive the shoes first then return them for £3.95 per item apparently. It says on their website you can cancel but I couldn’t. Still waiting for one pair of the shoes to arrive?

The worse customer service ever! I ordered some shoes that were apparently delivered when I was out, tracking showed a picture of a box nothing else as no one was home they said it was left in a safe place but cannot tell me where that safe place was But when I got back it was nowhere to be found. I asked for proof of where it was and they couldn’t provide it but said that after investigation they would not send a replacement as tracking shows delivered and they do not need a signature they can just leave it outside where deemed safe place so I have not had my order and they have my money and won’t help at all basically calling me a liar and they won’t help, this is now with my bank as I have had my money stolen by this company and they won’t accept any responsibility for not getting my order to me - do yourself a favour and don’t bother it’s not worth the hassle

On May 25, 2026 I purchased merchandise from Kurt Geiger. My order confirmation shows the correct shipping address, but I never received the items. The merchant investigated and refused to refund my payment. You can’t say that you will give me a gift card when I did not pay with a gift card. That’s stealing. And if that’s what your company represents, I will NEVER spend another dime with you.

I placed my order and waited for the shoes,as I had ordered them especially for a wedding.i had to chase the order twice to be told they were out of stock,they was trying to source them from a store.unfortunately never got them for the wedding.i was refunded but not given back my discount for my birthday.
