Dear Sirs, while thanking for the reply and since I cannot reply to the answer received, I follow up on my review here and explain that there has been NO attempt at delivery of the 3 packages at the address. The receiveing address is open during office hours and all the staff has been aware of a possible deleivery of the order since November. Still waiting for my reimbursement.

Bought a tree last year. Colour of foliage much darker than picture and has much much less foliage than picture on website. Didn't make a complaint as bought overseas but regret spending all that money. Not to mention that not all items were sent but they did send me a refund for missing refund. Was too close to christmas to find a replacement

I was very satisfied with my experience with this store. The product I purchased — the artificial Christmas tree “Bogota PE / PVC Premium” with 500 LEDs, 240 cm tall — is of high quality. The order was delivered even earlier than the stated date. Some questions that arose during the process were promptly and professionally resolved by the store’s team, for which I express my sincere gratitude. I recommend this store to anyone who may be interested.

Very fast delivery, exactly as promised on the website!

The customer service is unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked to cancel the tree I ordered (5 minutes after I ordered it). All I got back was "I can't, it's already gone". Thank you for this useless answer. How about a friendly reply if necessary? There is certainly a short piece of information that you could send back, for example, or that you should simply refuse to accept it. I find such behavior inappropriate.

WARNING!!! I ordered a Tuscan Christmas tree and they sent me Spitsbergen. The delivery box was partly damaged as well as the content. Branches twisted etc
The custom service send me messages in Dutch- I am a Swedish customer. The invoice sent has only order No. and NO invoice No. Do not get fooled by the pictures!!

I ordered a Christmas tree on their website (show model). The tree and storage box were delivered damaged (delivery guy threw the package over the fence in our absence!). Despite contacting customer service with pictures and description of what happened, they refused to look into any solution (issue a partial refund, a replacement or the possibility to send it back). They refer to their general conditions and that this would be covered with what they state being a 3% production error on their trees (how crazy is this?). Despite replying on this, they just kept sending me the same reply like robots.

Do not order via this company - they do not know or want to help customers and only want your money. Check other comments on the internet and you will see a lot of customers reporting the same disappointment.

PS: Huge difference between what you get and what is shown on the website but I suppose this is also covered within the 3%.

It was a first experience of purchasing a giant tree for a luxury multi-brand store and quite nerve wrecking task.
Communication from start was professional and helpful.
Delivery was also on time.
Second part for me was the tree building, it kept me quite a time to consider how it should be done.
I do like the result despite all.

My favorite part is now, seeing the tree in lights centered in the beautiful store Boygars.
The stairs of the store decorated with Roal Christmas garlands look magic!

I recently bought a christmas tree Tuscan and Im just a little bit dissapoint with the quality because is a mix between realistic tree branch in the front and fake material branches inside. But is Ok. I like it anyway.

However, the Customer Service Agent by email is not polite at all!
I used to think that "Royal christmas" has a "Royal service", but is not the case here.

Please try to be more professional and gentle with your responses.

The best artificial Christmas trees I have ever bought.
I run a photography studio and a cosy Christmas decoration is a must during the holiday season for the photo shoot, of which the tree is an essential detail. I bought my first tree from Royal Christmas 3-4 years ago and am very happy with not only the quality but also the price.

I ordered the Christmas tree which came in a box without one part. Immediately I contacted customer service, told them what the problem was and they solved it in just a three hours when I got the email that one package is on its way. Received it in 4 days and now everything is complete. Overall I'm satisfied with the tree, but mostly I'm surprised with customer service. I can just recommend it to other people. Good job!

Very desappointed. I have bought a tree with lighting which include a foot switch. The electrical connection in the foot switch is defectuous. I have contacted the customer service to tell them. The only solution they give me is: buy a new one! They explain that the foot switch is not necessary and that if i want it to work i should purchase a new one. I am speechless! I buy something defectuous and i should buy it again if i want it to work properly...amazing !

Delivery was quick and well packed.
The tree is quite nice. I am nevertheless disappointed with the lightening. All lightening modes are really rapid even on setting them on the slowest possible motion on the app. so I end up using only the constant lightning which is a shame; I was really expecting a cosy unstressful lightening.
