Within weeks of receiving the strap completely ripped off and now the shoes are unusable. WORST QUALITY SHOES I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. Even $40 shoes ive bought off Amazon have lasted a year.

These shoes are stunning and a great price. Delivery was fast and service was excellent.

I absolutely love the shoes. They are just as beautiful in person as they were online. I like that the pearls and the head are detachable as well so they can be more versatile. They fit well. I haven't worn them out yet so can't comment on how comfortable they are. I think they might be more of a sitting, than a standing shoe!

I bought a pair of the apocalypse boots on sale. the shipping was fast and the boots look super cute! that being said, I found remains of a dead bug (a fly I think) in my box, and the box also has a lot of stains/patches on it that look like mould. the boots had some white spots on them too, I wasn’t sure if it was just the material but having seen the state of the inside of the shoebox it’s clear the shoes have mould on them.
Koi footwear is one of the biggest alternative shoe brands out there, receiving a pair of shoes in this condition is unacceptable. I couldn’t even imagine if I’d paid full price for them (£180!)

Great customer service and the shoes themselves are not only gorgeous, but also super comfortable even though they're heels. Delivery to Finland took a couple of weeks, but they were definitely worth the wait. Love them!

We ordered shoes and paid for express shipping. The order was processed 2 days later and shipping took 4 days. so unfortunately, we didn’t get the order in time. After we complained at their customer service we didn’t receive any response. They charge extra for returns. Poor customer service. Shoes were nice 👍.

Great experience, I'm in the USA and got my package 2 weeks after ordering, great shoes, my teenager loved them that I ordered 2 more pairs before even getting the first package.

Super happy with my new shoes, very comfy and good quality.

I tend to order many kois but some I return due to their lack of comfort design (for example, some sneakers are too deeply set in with their soles, or the edges aren’t padded and dig into skin even through a sock). These, though, I am delighted by! It is my second pair and I use them year round for city walking whilst keeping my no-black code alive thorough the seasons. Extremely comfy, neurodivergent friendly (velcro), multiseasonal (you can wear then with socks or not) and very cute on the foot. Also one of the models that are sized appropriately (in my opinion, I have 10+ kois, so I think I can say that now) 🤍😌. I am in between 39-40 (eur) and I reach for these the most to feel cute and cozy.

Daughter was over the moon with the shoes as they were a birthday present .They are very comfortable and fitted very well
