Another excellent product at a reasonable price. My wife liked these boots so much I had to buy her an identical pair.

Very bad quality! The dark pink left stained streaks on the light pink on first wear.
The strap is extremely flimsy and poorly constructed as well.
Over all I am very disappointed in them and will not be purchasing from this brand again unless serious reforms happen in terms of quality. The only good thing I have to say is that they did fit. I bought these on clearance and was disappointed in the quality for the price, can’t imagine how upset I would be if I paid full price.

I ordered these and within 2 days they had arrived. I suffer with Elhers Danlos syndrome which is a connective tissue disorder and find even small walks excruciating and wear out most shoes pretty quickly due to my posture and mobility issues however these are perfect. I did size up due to my condition and having wide feet and they fit amazingly with plenty of wiggle room, it doesn’t put extra toll on my mobility and I’ve had so many compliments on them already. They are gorgeous. Will definitely be shopping with KOI again.

I ordered online and after two weeks of the tracking not changing statuses, I sent an email requesting info on my delivery date. It took two or three days for them to respond with an apology, state that the order HAD left the warehouse and that clearly something was wrong so they offered to send a replacement or opt for a refund

Wanting the product, I requested a new shipment. After three days of no response to that, I sent a follow-up email, to which they replied 2 days later with a quick "apologies for the mishap, here is your refund".

Why even offer me the option of you are going to refund me? I was disappointed TWICE.

Not to mention the slowness in customer service.

My daughter loves her KOI unchained belt monster boots, they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The box is also covered in amazing artwork and adds to the product. The boots are well made and exactly as shown on the website. Very happy daughter even though she’s now nearly six foot in them!

Love the spiked shoes and if it was just them I would have given a five but, haven't worn the 3 other pairs I bought yet but if the first pair are anything to go by it'll be a five all the way. Will come back and edit when I do. Great service and prices (bought in the sale and a proper bargain too)

I love the shoes I got, because you can’t find the jelly shoes anymore in the United States. I just wish they were more squishy where your foot sits. It hurts your foot after a while and I don’t like wearing socks with sandals.

I have ordered from Koi twice now and both times I was really happy. Unfortunately my first pair of Mary Janes broke after heavy use, and me refusing to unbuckle my Mary Janes when taking them off and putting them on, which resulted in the strap ripping at the base where the elastic is. This was clearly mostly my fault. My other pairs of shoes have been great and have not shown any damage. Considering the price they're absolutely worth getting! I also love the inclusive sizes compared to other places.
