Plug came out during use

Product: Eulex

Almost $40. The bottle was knocked over while I was using it for the first time. The plug which allowed just a few drops of the product to come out when the bottle was turned over must have been very loose and came out when the bottle was knocked over. Probably 1/2 of the contents spilled out before I could make the bottle upright again. All I needed was a few drops of product for a very small area. And I wasted 1/2 of the bottle!
