I would give them 0 stars if possible
I would give them 0 stars if possible. My advice is to avoid this scam. They just stole my money. When I asked them to send me link of my campaign they sent me some fake picture of I don’t know what. Second time they told me that my campaign is been on October but I paid them on May which makes impossible the campaign to run few months earlier what shows them as stupid liars.
Finally, after my insistence for refund I got half of the money I paid.
Now I will report them as online scam.

Our agents provided performance extracts of your campaign dashboard, of which has data obtained directly from Google. Your campaign did run, and in the 10 day period which it did, it generated over 1.5k impressions and had a click-thru-rate of 5.6%. Our agent did indeed incorrectly provide a reference to an October 2022 date which was not associated with your account, and appropriate actions have been taken internally to address this.
You specifically asked our agent to provide a link to see the ads running on Google, which we are not able to do as it is not possible. Your ads will only show based on active search activity and the ad's bidding strategy for your keywords. Your keywords were available for review in your account dashboard. The details you input in your ad creation process are used in various combinations by Google to serve the most effective ads based on searches. There is no 'one' ad that we can direct you to because of this.
Due to that fact that your campaign ran, it incurred costs from Google. As such, we are unable to offer a complete refund but we did offer and provide a refund of all unused ad campaign spend.

Support is a joke - partially works but happy to take your money
Only does half the job, it does update Google Merchant with my products from Square, but doesn't seem to bring all the information over correctly - particularly whether an item is in stock or not.
I have been messaging back and forth with their "support" team for over 4 months now and am still no further forward. I just get told they have "created a follow-up" to some mystery department. Nothing ever comes of it, I just keep chasing.
I was previously using their Google Shopping Ads through them, until Google removed all my products from the sponsored section due to issues with products not being in stock when showing as in stock, hadn't long paid for that months worth of ads. Lost almost all money as Google not showing ads so there was no clicks, Kliken simply kept my money.

Unfortunately the issue required significant input from our Development team given the nature of the sync issue which was occurring - as the issue is unique and driven by where the inventory is managed. We understand that the first potential fix presented did not resolve the issue, but are aware that our Customer Service Manager has been engaged and actively liaising with the Development team who have relayed that they believe they were able to resolve the issue (and who will be reaching out as it will require your support to reset some permissions).
Please note, that any unused funds continue to reside on your campaign, regardless of the campaign status (unless you were to request a budget transfer or refund).

They tried 6 weeks to try and put my site on Google. Response to queries is very slow, reply every 24 hours.
I went somewhere else and was live on Google Shopping within 3 days

scam warning
for months i kept asking for fixing a bug that made my listings worthless, they keep promising that they wil fix it and also claiming that they have fixed it. but they never did. they just keep collecting the monthly fee.
so i canceled and asked for a refund, but did not get it. now i need some invoices for tax purposes but they just reply with a basic reply that they need some time to review the case (what they always say) and then 1 or 2 days later close the ticket, after reopening they just close it . experience date is for the last issue
if this is not a scam then they are the most incompetent and you should not work with them

We market our operation with Microsoft @MSFTAdsSupport & @GoogleAds .
They both requested which page / address the leads once a successful conversion occured ; none Ionos but mainly Kliken are able to help rejecting each others the responsibility of this reply .
My @KlikenMarketing support (#281191) -avoid- finally called with still no solutions after 22 emails with a bot and 5 weeks of bla-bla.
We are stuck not being able to give progress and give MS and Google what they need !

WARNING! I have used Kliken for a few months and in the beginning I received quite a lot of clicks, then the clicks plummeted down to basically nothing. I had to call this company many times to have somebody help me optimize my campaign. No help at all, the only answers that I received was ”add more keywords” (Well, I had 50 keywords). I launched a campaign with Google Ads directly and have received the same amount of clicks for one third of the price that I paid Kliken. I called Kliken about a refund: one of their employees said I will receive 100$ as a refund (I canceled my campaign) then a few days later it’s all of a sudden 70$. It is impossible to reach the billing department on phone. They said somebody will email me about the refund. Two days passes: still no email. I call them again. I think I have called this company 5 times in order to receive proper information about the refund: how much will be paid back and when. I received an email from them that said ”refund case is solved” - still no information. I then had to call them again. Remember that I warned you! Please launch a campaign with Google Directly.

From Oct 12th until we paused your campaign due to the refund request, your Google Ads has spent $134.65.
This campaign has been generating clicks and impressions consistently towards https://www.cvexperterna.se after the initial onboarding process. Since the campaign was approved and running successfully we are unable to offer a refund of the funds that have already been used.
We have proceeded with the discussed refund of $73.07 the totality of the unused marketing budget.
Very bad customer service, I have lost $1000 with them
Don't go for this company if at all, they just suspended my accounts with $2500 in ads that I paid a few days ago, when I call they say they will refund, I purchased another campaign and another one still for $1300 but now its refunded. we have spend $3000 with them in the past month alone and I'm so frustrated, feel like going to them. feel so helpless, every time I call them, they say they have to escalate the issue etc and you will wait weeks for that.
until they sort out my issue, I will come and update but so far, I am very much unhappy with liken.

Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken. When I paid for Google shopping adv, Ecwid didn't even bother to inform me that they work through some Kliken. They took $160 and after one month my conversion rate became terrible due to Kliken. They have broken everything that I built with my hardworking. I had no refund and even no "sorry, we are teams of idio and because of that we destroy everything", nothing like that. Now it is easier to start my shop from the beginning than to improve after mediocrity аnd thif who orginized Kliken.

That said, we don't have any way to edit your site, or impact your hard work, and I can guarantee we didn't "destroy everything". I would like to be able to help you, however I don't have enough information to understand what happened with your campaign.
From a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue?
I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money.
