I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of accountability from this company, as they have consistently ignored every email I have sent regarding my account. Despite my clear requests for a refund, they have failed to return my money. This utter disregard for customer communication combined with the ongoing financial charges is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to flag these transactions as fraudulent since the company refuses to acknowledge my messages or stop the recurring billing.
I wrote to them on 5th March, 8th March, 9th March, 12th March, 14th March, 16th March, 23rd March and today, however they have not responded to any of my emails, nor have they provided me with a refund, as they failed to add my products to google shop. I have all copies of my emails sent.

It has never worked for me and trying to cancel the monthly subscription is like a joke- they are deliberately making it as hard as possible- telling me how to delete data, cancel a campaign but never cancelling the monthly subscription. Stay away- it feels like a scam.

We just cancelled our subscription. What a crock! Never saw not one ad in the shopping section. They trick you into using their merchant center vs your own. Everytime we signed up for something, they made an excuse as to why we can't use our own merchant center.

Advertised that they can connect to your google merchant centre, but they refuse to. They advertise: "Get a new Google Merchant Center Account or link to your existing one in less than 10 minutes". They provided me with a code into insert into my website but provided incorrect information with invalid links on how to do this. I had to research myself on how to do this. I was finally able to insert their code into my website but even then, it still would not work. You cannot get clicks until you set it up correctly. This was never completed. Before I deleted the app from my Wix/ECWID website, I saw that there no clicks. When I requested a refund, they showed me a doctored generic chart showing 160 clicks which was fraudulent. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid future charges and lodge a dispute with my bank which is still pending. Poor customer service who do not answer your questions and seem to be AI bot. I do not recommend this service. It has cost me hundreds of dollars.
Bunch of unscruplous cheats who respond by a BOT pretending to be live person. Saying that subscription is cancelled and then you are charged again and they say oh yes you have to go to WIX to cancel it- which is another story.
Promised 150 clicks for $100 per month. Charged 160 for two months for less than 150 clicks.Stay away
My Google Merchant Center was suspended and tried to contact Kliken to advise what is the major issue, I sent emails and emails but no body replied to my questions.
They are busy sending marketing emails only, not solving problems. Its frustrating to work with these people, I wish I did not pay for the shopping ads through them. My ticket number is #13008801.
Right now my account is on suspension and Kliken is no where to offer any advise or solution, I'm stuck right now.

Used to be good but the customer service is so poor now. When things change or go wrong with campaigns (which happens), you can no longer get support. I have a ticket open for 3 weeks without any response (732366300). They also spend budget in inappropriate ways, for example spending shopping campaign budget on search ads.

This has been a terrible experience! They are so quick to charge money and ask me everyday how the service is yet produce ZERO results and offer no tangible help. Every time I had an error with my store, a link would say "Click here to see why" or "click here to learn how to fix errors" or whatever they said, yet not a single one of these links even work! Just takes me to a page saying "sorry, this page doesn't exist. I mentioned it to a person I was talking to and they just said, "yeah, those don't work" And they still don't!? Over a month later?? Not hard to link pages! They have a broken service they are charging for and it should be illegal. And looking through my account now I see google has disapproved my products, after approving them, which took a month with no help from Kliken. And so they and Google takes my money, but then disapproves everything on my store a week or 2 later with no explanation and no help from either of them on how to fix these mystery errors?? AFTER THEY WERE APPROVED!!! Makes no sense! This has actually been the worst marketing experience I've ever had! I want a full refund!

I encountered an urgent issue with the shipping feed that could cause (and has caused) account suspensions. I opened multiple support tickets over several days.
No response. Zero support. No regard for the seriousness of the issue.
It’s unacceptable that a service like Kliken, which is supposed to manage critical advertising operations, would ignore urgent requests, putting accounts and investments at risk.
If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive partner, look elsewhere. Their customer service is completely absent, and their handling of issues is careless at best.
Strongly not recommended.

It has been nearly a week since my campaigns have been on hold without any explanation, and unfortunately, I haven't received any response from customer support. I currently have two open tickets with Kliken (362346 and 362347), but so far, no one has addressed them. This situation is frustrating, especially considering I have five campaigns totaling 2500 EUR that aren't running. I would greatly appreciate prompt attention to this matter, as the lack of communication has been disappointing. I hope to see a resolution soon.
BEWARE! Unauthorized Access to Merchant Center Account!
I had a deeply alarming experience with Kliken, a company linked to Concentrix and Webhelp—both notorious for their terrible reputations (just check Trustpilot: Concentrix has a shocking 1.2/5 from 157 reviews, while Kliken barely fares better at 1.7/5). My personal experience only confirms how untrustworthy this company is.
Without my knowledge or consent, someone from Kliken’s team attempted to gain admin access to my Google Merchant Center account. To my disbelief, I discovered that a person with the email gladys.pocot@(their domain) and name Jamera had been granted admin privileges on my account. This was completely unauthorized—especially since I had already uninstalled their app from my Ecwid store and explicitly stated that I did not want their involvement.
After noticing the unauthorized access, I revoked their permissions immediately—but I had to do this five times to secure my account. The issue only stopped when I threatened to report them to Ecwid (which I did by filing a formal claim—let's see how Ecwid handles this situation).
In addition to contacting Ecwid, I reported the issue to Google and reached out to Kliken for an explanation. Shockingly, their response was not to resolve the problem but to attempt accessing my Merchant Center account again!
To make matters worse, hundreds of my product links were affected. Their system applied their domain to my product links, which caused them to be rejected by Google. This directly impacted my business and led me to the decision to stop using their services entirely.
Even after securing my account, I noticed suspicious activity and that many of my product listings were being removed or going down without explanation. This raises serious concerns about how Kliken operates and what they are doing with the access they gain to users' accounts.
I have since sent them a formal GDPR request demanding the deletion of all my personal and business data, the revocation of any access to my Google Ads or Merchant Center accounts, and written confirmation of compliance. If they fail to act, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities.
Kliken is far from trustworthy. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, repeated unauthorized actions with my account, and the way their system damaged my product links make them a serious liability. I strongly urge others to stay far away from Kliken. Do not risk your accounts, your data, or your business with this unprofessional service.
Nothing but another criminal organization pretending to be Google. They have no connection to Google.
We signed up for a campaign and then our credit card started to be used on different sites. We froze and cancelled our card.
The card was a virtual card assigned for our campaign with these criminals.
These people are criminals. I reported these fraudsters to the Attorney General in Florida.

If you advertise directly with Google before you would know that you can set up adverts absolutely FREE. Google ask you to set up LIMIT and only charge your account if there was a click on your advert until the limit is reached.
Kliken TAKES money for ads and "the limit" BEFORE ANY CLICKS. In fact, Kliken DOES NOT DO any job, YOU DO!
Kliken commits to do NOTHING, but makes you to agree by pretending to act on behalf Google. Kliken HAS NO AGREEMENTS with GOOGLE!!!!
2. kliken is FISHING forb your personal information
Kliken pretends to be you by OVERTAKING your Google account. All the information on Google provided by you, but your account CONTROLLED by Kliken.
3. BREAKS international Consumer Law.
You CANNOT cancel. Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Until you fill multiple forms, disconnection from Google Merchand Center, send multiple emails to Kliken so called customer Services, NOTHING will work.
Total scam and ECWID allows that. I'll report to all the possible UK authorities to try to stop it

I am deeply disappointed with Kliken's e-commerce campaign services. The campaigns have utterly failed, and an external consultation revealed an irreversible "Misrepresentation" error in my merchant center. Kliken's lack of transparency and poor communication have exacerbated the issue, leaving me in the dark until now.
This experience has severely diminished my trust in Kliken, and I advise others to seek more reliable digital marketing services.
I hope that, at least, they will process my refund request in ticket #332211 without delays.

Same issue as the other customers. I paid 160usd to publish my e-commerce on google shopping and they never delivered what promised. Couple of days ago, they send me an automatic message telling me that they cannot publish my products due to "misreprentation". then they proceeded to copy paste to me some rules from google shopping policy pages and that's it. Please refund my money and please do it now. My request is in ticket #330465

Signed up through ionos. They initially listed some products but google removed almost immediately. They made no attempt to rectify this. When I contacted Google direct they provided me with solutions. Kliken obviously didn't do this or my products could have been listed. After several attempts to contact for refunds and not receiving a reply I finally am told that I'll get my latest bill refunded. Glad that I haven't been signed up for to long. I'd advise against using this company at all. Listings seem automated and customer service is slow. IONOs please consider who you partner with.
They are cheating customers. When I started the campaign, there was standing, that with spending of 380 euro in 60 days you get 380 for free. I started a campaign of 265 euro. But when I did, I didn’t see the promised 380 euro’s anymore, or how to get it. I putted my campaign on hold when there only was spend 160 euro. I did not trust it. But I already had payed the 265 euro. And they did not a refund of the rest of the money. I was thinking this is wasting money. I tried to start the campaign again. But I had to pay for a new account! I did, because I was thinking, I’m losing 100 euro. I thought when I pay the new amount the old campaign will start again. The old campaign stays stopped, so that was losing 100 euro and I didn’t get the promise 380 euro. I had paid 410 euro in 30 days, and is is completely wasting of money. I think this is theft.
I hope somebody can help. Because the company isn’t. I will advise people to use google ads, but not wit Kliken. I hope as well that moneybird is quiting with this faking compagny.
