Disappointing Customer Service – Beware of Shipping Policy
I updated my address on the KingSize website before ordering and confirmed it on PayPal, but my package still went to the old address. Customer service responded slowly and told me once an order hits the warehouse, they can’t change anything—even if it hasn’t shipped. I never received my order, and they made it clear they’re not liable for undelivered items. That’s a terrible policy and even worse service. Shop elsewhere if you expect accountability.

NEVER ORDER FROM KING SIZE CLOTHING. I would rate King Size 0 if possible. I ordered 2 different orders. I wanted them quickly for a special holiday and was given a date the orders would arrive so I decided on expedited shipping. The expedited shipping was quite expensive. The orders never came until days after the date of delivery I was given. I contacted customer service to refund the expedited shipping cost on 2 different times and they would not. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and am waiting for a response. I suggest that anyone who has a complaint with King Size to file a complaint with BBB. Horrible customer service and clothing that is cheaply made.

Wish I'd of found these reviews before ordering. Ordered a shirt they charged me almost $12 for handling fee.
I got the shirt that was supposed to be a gauze light-weight summer shirt. It was HEAVY you could wear in the winter AND the buttons are sewn on the wrong side.
They'll take the return, but out of my $50 it cost me, all I'll get back after they charge me a return fee is $26.
If I choose store credit all I'll get back it the cost of the shirt which is $36 AND when I order again with that credit, deduct the $12 for handling fee and you have $24 balance. What are you going to get for that? A pair of socks?
I'll never buy anything from these jokers again. My advice is to shop elsewhere. It's just not worth the risk. AVOID shopping here. Buyer Beware.

Ordered a linen shirt last week and they put clearly on their website that they usually take one business day to get the item ready for dispatch! Now it has been a week, no updates! I called and they told me that the item had been dispatched and paperwork prepared ! I asked what does that mean and when will the order arrive or at least start moving to me , she said “ I don’t know “ ! I place any order online for a 2xl jacket final sale. But the sent a 2xl tall. But that not what I ordered. They just took on themselves to send me anything. I am 5’8, what in the hell will I do with a 2xl tall. They want even try to make it right.
Sent wrong item
I ordered a pair of shorts for my husband. I ordered BLUE, which was a medium blue, smokey color. I received a pair that was a bright, bright teal kind of color....something my husband would never wear AND NOT what I ordered. Rep stated there was nothing he could do until I packed up the wrong pair and ship it back to them. We are old (80's) and it's difficult for us to get to a USPS shipping store to pack and ship them. Being a 40-year customer.....I feel they should have just shipped the right ones without us having to return THEIR error. I'm very disappointed in their "customer service" but if a $20 pair of shorts is worth losing a good customer.....so be it! Good bye King Size and I will deter my friends and family from doing business with them.

I had a complaint and I was emailed that a representative will call me. It never happened. I received an email that my order was delivered, never received. I call to report package never received and requested for a supervisor to call me today. Never received a call. Very disappointing and lack of customer service.
Don't order from Kingsize
Ordered two coats and one was defective so I did a return and used the return label and King-size confirmed that they received the return but didn't send a replacement for the return and won't since the time period had elapsed - I filed a complaint with the A.G. office of consumer affairs and they never responded! Don't order from this company cause they've gotten several bad reviews!

King size is a huge joke, ordered 2 pairs of pants. Not yet shipped. Tried to cancel my order and they said that since it is in processing it can not be refunded, so I will have to pay my original shipping ($35), then wait for the product to get here, then drive it to a facility that I can return it through, pay for return shipping, pay a return fee, then wait for it to get to them so it can be refunded. Once they receive my items back, I will have to wait 3-10 business days to receive my refund?
If you want my honest opinion, don't do business with king size. A mockery of what customer service should be.
There is no free shipping available
There is no free shipping available. Unfortunately, I paid $25 for shipping on my order, and it has been waiting to be processed for four days. By the time my order is ready to ship, it will have been waiting for a week, and still, there is no update. I have to wait for the processing to be completed to receive a full refund, but they have already charged my account for the order. It feels like they do not care about us as customers.

Had the same experience as everyone else apparently. Horrible customer service. Not only is there size chart off. I ordered 5xl and I get different company's all the time and never have been so big so I contact them and set up an exchange to go one size smaller. Not only did they not send me exchanges they only refunded half of what I originally paid for the order. I will be contacting them again.

The website is not user friendly...in fact it will probably leave you frustrated and without ordering anything. The customer service has never answered a question of mine. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with them...you'll be disappointed EVERY TIME.

Tried to order shirts with an online coupon they provided, when I got to check out it would remove the coupon. I called customer service they could not figure out why the coupon was being removed and escalated me to a supervisor who also could not figure out why it was being removed. The supervisor told me to place the order and they would make a note and refund me the coupon amount ($21) because it should be working. It has been a month and have not received it, so I called customer service again today and the coupon refund request was denied from the main office. They claim that the coupon was for online orders only and I had entered numbers from a catalogue, which is complete fabrication. I ordered all of them online from their website. They lie and steal.
Stealing Money?
They sent me. the completely wrong item, then tried to tell me I would be charged $10 for the return even though THEY MESSED THE ORDER UP. It has been over a month waiting for my return and still nothing.
Canceled order, then raised price
I ordered a shirt on sale. It was backordered and was to ship a month later. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted Kingsize. They said my order was canceled, because the shirt was no longer available. However it appears currently to be available on the website, but without the sale price. They would not sell it to me at the sale price that I had on the original order!
Worst service ever!…
Ordered a mens crewneck shirt and they sent me womens pair of pants. After returning I have waited over a month for the shirt and still don't have. Endless calls to customer service with the response that no manager is available and "my manager will call you back" - they never do. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
