Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed this order and spoken to the customer. The customer ordered a made to order item but had not realised there was a lead time attached to the order. After reviewing the order with the customer we have resolved the matter and she is happy with our solution to the issue.

Puffin Mug was not as expected..the sides were not straight , there is a flower in the bottom and it is not fine bond china. One bought last year at NT shop in Northumberland was much better

Sorry to hear you have had an issue. We were unaware that there was an issue. You are very welcome to return any item that you are unhappy with for a full refund. Meg Hawkins Mugs are not fine bone china they are only bone china and there is a wee difference. All the Meg Hawkins Mugs have inside prints, this is one of they key flags that it is a Meg Hawkins Mug. Is it possible that the two mugs are from different crafts people? So would be different.

Good quality and good customer sevice
I had purchased a similar scarf when I visited Scotland in 2014 and loved it. About 3 months ago I lost it and was very disappointed. I was so pleased to find a replacement at Kilts Wi Hae for a reasonable price. I ordered and it came to my home in the US without problems and in perfect condition. I was pleased with the way Kilts Wi Hae communicated the progress of the order and shipment every step of the way.
