Would not recommend it.

I play Fortnite and usually get 70 - 100 ms on Oceania Server and I also get 80+ FPS. I have a powerful gaming laptop.

After using Kill Ping, my Ping is now 140 - 220 ms and my FPS is stuck at 30 FPS.

After uninstalling, my ping is slowly going back to normal my FPS is still stuck at 30 FPS which is very frustrating.

The 4 stars is for the service. Unfortunately kill ping didn't work for me, but the customer service was definitely there. Once contacted I had gotten a response within a couple hours offering some potential fixes. A few email exchanges later the representative was focused on trying to get it to work. As I said that didn't happen, however upon trying all they had for me and seeing no results they promply refunded me without any fuss. I appreciate the fix it before refund attitude as personally I would've rather it worked - but I also appreciate their willingness to proceed to the refund after troubleshooting lead to no success.

Only had it a day, my ping went from 250 down to 117 ish. I did how ever get some packet loss and connection drop outs that would recover quickly but was noticing. I am very happy to see a drop in ping on pubg as it was unplayable before kill ping saved it some what.

The best VPN service yet , is simple and efficient, great support service, quick and professional. Great experience ingame, from 150ms to 30ms in Rainbow Six Siege. The program Is a good way to fix your ISP bad routing servers.
The less ping you have, the more fun you get.

Quick to reply to emails, seem to want to help resolve situations which is a plus. this program worked really well since I wanted a gaming vpn and lowered my pubg ping from 250-300 to 110-130 (Playing from Sydney connecting to SEA servers) was just a shame that every time I launched it asked me to re enter steam credentials, stopped my youtube music stream, somehow bugs my OBS maybe because it creates a separate VPN through windows (not sure of what the exact problem was) but it was enough for me to ask for a refund, which they are currently processing.

Mateen helped me try and solve my issues and forwarded my request to their support team and was very pleasing to communicate to.

Otherwise was happy with the program!

i purchased it 1 hr ago and tried it on 3 games and from 20-30 ping i usually have but i get some laggy times, it went to 100 ping which is legit 300% more ping than i usually get. Sadly it seems not to work at all for me. i just requested a refund hopefully i get it.

Unfortunately, Kill Ping didn't improve the ping for the one game I play, but i do believe it can work for most other games. The customer support was incredibly helpful and prompt too. Answered all of my questions and processed a refund with no questions asked.

This is the first time i use a vpn for gaming kill ping and it works good. I have used it for 2 days to play Dota in my college tournament. So my team entered the grand final and thanks to kill ping my ping improved a lot. I would totally subscribe to the full version if i m over 18 and got money.

Kill ping store support is actually good they respond to all your questions and help you out as much as they can and they respond in a couple of minutes :) i had an experience with them they helped me out and tried their best to make sur that my parcel doesn't get lost due to insufficient adress and that's why i honestly think that they are trusted and good guys, they want the best for their customers. Im now comfortable and sure that my parcel will arrive in a good stat. Besides my friend was right when he said that i have to try shopping from this website!

They say 'if it doesn't reduce your ping, we'll give you a refund'. I've tried many times, it doesn't reduce my ping, it just routes me through australia (which is totally unnecessary) and slows everything down even more. They refused to refund me. Big surprise. DON'T bother!!!!

I migrated to Australia 5 years ago which means playing with my friends on a SEA server is quiet challenging. I tried KILLPING and it actually work, it's been 4 years that I have been using KILLPING and it never failed me. There support is as reliable as your mother. For those who have second thoughts about KILLPING, I would recommend you to try it. It's worth it!!!

I ordered Kill Ping Since im in Hawaii to lower my Ping in NA servers with games such as fortnite, LOL, WOW etc. The problem that I am having is that none of my games will start and it wont connect. I dont know why that is, but I have attempted to contact support about this issue on Wednesday and Its almost Monday with no response. This service was highly recommended by other people but in my honest opinion they have not provided anything I was looking for. I was also asking for a refund but again haven't gotten any contact from their support staff when reaching out to them.

i started using kill ping to help reduce my ping in war thunder games. The service has helped me greatly in my option to reduce my ping by improving my ping by average of 20%.

my ping from a us servers with out kill ping 250 - 300 ping per match.

my ping from us servers with kill ping 180- 230.

based on my personal results i have given kill ping 5 stars.

is not good , from when i pay and i instal kill ping he quit me out from game without any reason ( PUBG) and i dont feel anything better in game/lag . just fake

i have NOT had very good experienced with online software companies on a whole, in fact i would say the bar has been set rather low, this due to the scams that are out there and having been caught once or twice, the old saying once bitten , twice shy is applicable.
The only reason I went with Kill Ping was due to the money back guarantee, after installing i realized i was NOT lowering the ping and had in fact lost money AGAIN, Mateen was very helpful and after an evaluation realized that my ISP was in fact at fault here. Fully expecting a fight to get my money back , I was surprised tat they refunded and said thank you for the business. WOW, if there was a service they were offering that i can support i would. Thank you
